Since the beginning of my undergraduate career in 2012, I have been viewing your videos. Your tech review videos truly get us to consider how a person need to be quite critical of all technologies. I'm not sure if this commen will reach you or not. Yes, I do watch your videos, and ever since I did, I have never experienced any difficulties while making a purchase. You are one of the rarest people on UA-cam these days. Keep going; I know you're getting older too. I greatly admire your genuine enthusiasm for the last 13 years. I'm grateful.
Loved your initial impressions 🙌. The way you spoke was brilliant and did not exaggerate stuff which few youtubers do. Kept it simple and straightforward 👍. Really loved the part were you mentioned about door handles could have been electrically deployed once unlocked instead of pushing it in. Many youtubers did not mention this, also you showed the app which was good. You mentioned memory function as big miss but honestly it isn't as none of the cars have that in the segment. Just a few things which you should include from next time like ergonomics, comparing it with the segment that it comes in rather than Nexon, giving info about architecture that it is based on, platform used.

Many people are facing a lot of issues in all Tata vehicles and getting standard on roads because of HV critical issues and sudden SoC drop issues. I am part of a EV community group, so many people have reported many issues including me. For me, Ranjit sir's reviews seem biased for Tata so far. No major issues were mentioned. Maybe he didn't face the issue so far, I would appreciate it if he can do ownership reviews to make awareness for his viewers. BTW, I am a great fan of his unbiased tech reviews. I have been following him from the beginning way back in 2015. I would expect the same in EV space .
Your review is the most unbiased till now. I literally mean it. I reckon Curvv will be an amazing success both in the EV as well as the ICE versions. EV are the future. However we have to prioritise alternative sources of power generation like Wind, and Solar . Thermal power generation has to be discouraged. More sustainable Hydel projects are needed. Tata is indeed rocking. Cheers

That’s a skill you have to develop as ev driver - not tailgating That’s because you will need to learn to keep appropriate distance with lead car so that you can utilise regen to max when braking So maybe Tata has developed it so that ppl drive more carefully 😂

Summary: Tata Curve EV - Initial Impressions Ranit shares his initial impressions after a one-hour test drive of the new Tata Curve EV. This is not a full review but an overview of his experience and observations compared to his Nexon EV Max. He notes the following key points: Design and Features: The Tata Curve has a coupe design, which Ranit finds visually appealing, especially from the back. The charging socket is now electrically operated and placed differently from the Nexon. Safety features include front parking sensors, a 360° camera available even in lower variants, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). The car has flush door handles for improved aerodynamics and a larger 500L boot compared to the Nexon EV Max. New features include a power-operated boot, an electric parking brake across all variants, and an electronic driver's seat adjustment (though lacking a memory function). Interior and Technology: The interior is fully digital with a large screen and responsive 360° camera. It includes connected car features, blind spot monitoring, and an improved app for EV charging stations. The driving experience is enhanced with paddle shifters for adjusting the regenerative braking levels. Driving Dynamics: Ranit notes better driving dynamics compared to the Nexon EV Max, with a slightly better pickup and handling. The suspension handles rough roads well, and the ground clearance is similar to the Nexon EV Max. On highways, the car is stable even at higher speeds. ADAS Features: The top variant includes ADAS features like adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, and automatic steering adjustments. The system slows down the car automatically when detecting obstacles, such as a lorry ahead. Range and Performance: The car offers two battery options: 45 kWh and 55 kWh. The 55 kWh version, which Ranit tested, showed an estimated range of around 400 km. The real-world range may vary, but initial impressions suggest it can achieve about 400 km depending on driving conditions. Conclusion: The Tata Curve EV is positioned between the Nexon EV and Harrier, offering a bigger boot and more advanced features than the Nexon. Ranit appreciates the improvements in design, safety features, and driving dynamics.
