I'm a 72 year old British man, and I always get confused which one to use, but this video has helped me a lot, I understood about 'There' meaning a place, but confused with using 'Their' in the right situation, hopefully now I will use the correct one in the future.....Thank you.
Excellent teacher thanks

This is an excellent video that helped my 9 year old finally get these homonyms down. The best part is towards the end where you do the "does the word work here" and show examples, to make the learner really think about it. Then, he was able to get all 8 fill in the blank questions correct. Awesome, thank you for sharing this video!
Thank you SO MUCH for letting my wife and I know. We LOVE hearing how we have been able to help others in some way. It is one of our main motivations for our channel.

Ex:

Are You Happy?
See this lesson: ua-cam.com/video/x-X9sURtFB8/v-deo.html

The replacing the their with my to see if it works is a real game changer haha thanks
Glad I could help in some way!
Thank You!! I've got one question, please: They're reading their books OVER THERE = They're reading their books THERE?
It is more or less the same, however OVER THERE is often a little more distance away from you. (further away)
@@WoodwardEnglish Is 'There' further away?
@@WoodwardEnglish I'm sorry, Over there is Father and There is Further?
@@Larissa-Vegan the 'over' signifies the extra distance
@@Larissa-Vegan there is closer, over there is farther
Wow
Thanks a million! Would you consider making a video on the difference between "come " and "go" at some point, please?
One day I might do a video about verbs and their opposites.
@@WoodwardEnglish Please do sir.
Great lesson 👌 Thanks a lot 🙏
Always welcome
I like yours videos
* your video.
YOURS cannot be followed by a noun.
#They're laughing enough.
#Their parents are rich.
You can find grocerie store over #There
Rob, Can I ask you lesson, please: Other, The other and Another.
I already have a half-finished video about that. I haven't finished it because the last part is boring to work on... too much grammar. I will definitely upload that video before the end of year as I need it for a livestream I plan to do.
@@WoodwardEnglish Hooray!)) Thank You for all your lessons. Good Job! Great Job!!

Hi
Hello. At about 11:00, you say "they're cars" sounds wrong. I disagree.
If I asked you: "What type of vehicle is the Toyota Corolla and the Honda Civic?", could you not answer me "They're cars."?
Yes, in that almost never used situation, you could use it, but how often do you ask a question like that? The question sounds weird (as in rare)
0/10 did not get hit with a hammer by a cartoon character
Thanks a lot. They have a house .Their house is big and ugly. They're so stupid. They're singing an opera on the porch right now.Their dog is stupid too. It eats its shoes. There are small rabbits under the tree. They're eating carrot. Their hole there on the hill.
Lots of examples ... great!
