I was so utterly confused sweat dripping skin red veins popping out pissed off. I couldn't figure out what the hell to do . Thank you so much for the video made my day
Bro you are a life saver i made that mistake on removing the right one first now tomorrow I'm going to put the right bolt back on and do it your way thank you very much...
Once the security shear bolts are removed with the method shown in the video: 1) Could the same ones be reused to reinstall or are new ones required? 2) To install the shear security bolts, is it simply the same method, but in a clockwise direction? 3) To install the security shear bolts, alternatively, is it possible to use an ordinary bolt where a socket & ratchet could be used? 4) Why are those security shear bolts used instead of ordinary bolts? Thank you very much!
Dose anyone know what the actual tool for this is called.. the flat head screwed I use do not work there is a tool for it it's a screw driver with a point but everywhere I go no one seems to have it.. it's design for the types of purposes
THE MAN!!!! Life saver. Felt defeated as soon as I saw the rivets

Thanks! I'd have been stymied without this video! The others say they're 8mm hex bolts.
Don’t know why the manufacturer decided to fill in the screw slots but this help a lot
Finally I find something helpful thank you!
Awesome video and you can still reuse the bolts by making a slit for a flat head 👍
very helpful! thanks for sharing man
you can use a dremel cutoff wheel to cut a slot to fit your flathead screwdriver too
Do I have to remove the steering wheel?
Never in my life have I come across a security bolt as loose as those are dear me 😂

Try making a cut with a dermel
