Hey man, I'm no expert on this matter but yeah it should most definitely be implementable, it's just a concept. Of course the climate in Cambodia is miles apart, so materials may have to be re-looked at, and native replacements for plant and animal species may be needed as well (I have no idea whether these are invasive, but transportation of these species would definitely be an issue, because of the pollution - making it slightly redundant, especially at a larger scale). The crux of it is you may need to conduct some more research into materials, and local replacements, but yes, it is completely possible anywhere in the world

but yes I agree would prefer if was open-source but this also has a place - private enterprise can move fast and attract a lot of capital. but also hopefully, Crypto technologies can enable that for open source
