  • 26 Minute Oblique Core Exercises and Glute Workout - Safe for Osteoporosis, Diastasis Recti, Pelvic Floor
    The key to safe oblique and twisting with osteoporosis, diastasis recti and pelvic floor weakness is being able to create the twist from your HIPS and your SHOULDERS, not your spine.
    In this obliques workout originally taught as a LIVE class, we'll practice core bracing and you'll learn how to engage the oblique core and glutes SAFELY with osteoporosis, diastasis recti and pelvic floor weakness. These are also safe core exercises for back pain.
    Let's get some movement in the shoulders and hips while protecting your spine!

    hi kendra. can you lift your pelvic floor or do kegels with this workout and with all the others?- they are the same right? thanks again.

      Hi Amanda! Yes, you can lift the pelvic floor in this workout, and I recommend it on the exhales. I tend to call kegels pelvic floor lifts because kegels are typically know just for the 'squeeze', but the pelvic floor has to release too!
