I’m so glad I found this video. I’ve done this workout every day for about a week and I’m already seeing a big difference in my diastasis, but even more exciting to me is that it’s fixed my rib flare! It was a good quickie deep core. I 😍 it. Fast for tonight. I prefer a 15-20 minutes follow along including Kegels, breathing, TVA engagement and deep core. Hope you’ll have more coming soon. Love your channel!

I have my own deep core workout for clients,but it's nice to see what others do. Mine hits the five deep core muscles.

Hi Kendra! I've done your 8 min Deep Core video twice now and I LOVE it! One thing I struggled with both times was the Elevated knees to one side holds. I feel like once my knees go to the side I completely lose the tension/stability in my core. Are there other movements I can do to build up this strength? Thank you!
Hi Angela, so glad you're loving this video! One trick to the side knees - bring your knees a little closer in and drop your ribs towards your hips even more. Twisting requires a bit more front-core, and even rounding your back a *tiny* bit can help too. Let me know if that helps!

Is this good for smaller waist? Or does this work obiliques?
It's mainly focused on the deep core which are the natural 'corset' muscles, so yes, it can affect the size of your waist! Added benefit - obliques are worked in the opposite arm/leg exercises.
