Yass! There are some pearls among these games! Obviously "Phantom Blade" and "Ghost of Yotei" are the ones I'm waiting for the most, but I'm also dying to play "Onimusha" (been a while!). "Project: The Perceiver" also looks very promising as it represents more grounded fights and That looks so cool! 🔥🔥🔥
You either never played ghosts of tsushima or have no idea what you speak of. The only game that looks like ghost is it's sequel. Everything else either was souls like fast paced, or like yakuza games. No one copying sucker punch.

When it in Japan, it like put 2 big brick on the scale, teeter toward 'time to play AC.' Every franchise wanna end up in Japan or fantasy Japan, sooner or later. That the state of gaming, right now. I can't get enough of katana, samurai, ninja, shuriken. BUT. It COULD be different, if Xbox mine for a 'truth' about other part of world, just as epic as 'land of rising sun.' You have knight, musketeer, witch hunter, gladiator, ancient Greece, Rome. I would go with 'Conan the Barbarian,' cuz every race, country in Hyboria have magical, epic name. You know? Aquilonia. Cimmeria. Stygia. Picts. Nemedia.
