The reality is, if you look at roughly 1400 years of history between the Muslims and the Jews, you'll find that throughout the centuries, there was never a moment where the Jews were not being persecuted by European countries. In contrast, if you look at all of Islamic history, you'll find that there was never a Muslim nation that had persecuted Jews, and in fact many times, Muslim nations went out of their way to house populations of Jews within their walls, because Muslims and Jews are like cousins, spiritually. This is really easy for me to say from behind a screen, and you might at first write it off, but if you do look into the history between Muslims and Jews, you'll find that this idea that Muslims and Jews have hated each other since forever is one of the grossest lies ever told.

a chant made by a group of people doesn't equate to a systemic and repeated persecution of the Jews. If you used this argument, you'd have to reconsider if there was any point in history in which people even tolerated one another, since there's been anti Muslim chants from Jews, anti Jews chants from Christians and so on. In order to evaluate history, you have to look at trends and repeated offenses, and once again I'll point out that never in Islamic history has there been anything that looks like a Jewish pogrom, while the entirety of Christian European history is littered with it.
The second point I'd like to make is that to expect history to not have brutality and barbarity is pretty naive, regardless of whose history is in question. There was without a doubt barbarity in Islamic history, because history is the story of humans, and humans are flawed. There have been absolutely terrible Muslim rulers in history, there's no doubt in that. But if you expect to find more barbarity in Islamic history than Christian European history, then I suggest you look again.
