5'9" 185 lbs. I tried the medium midweight on with a t-shirt underneath and it was tight in the shoulders, neck and chest/upper back. Small neck hole I found. Had a turtle neck feel. Large was a good fit.
Can I ask what is your chest measurement? I‘m a 42 inch chest, and sometimes large fits me fine but other times the hoodies are too baggy. Looks like the medium fits you well.
I just ordered two of the midweight model, k121 - medium and large. I am 6'1 and about 200 lbs, so I wonder which size will fit me better. Hopefully I wont be between sizes.
The hoods are way too short/small and the tall size sleeve length is a joke. But the absolute most laughable thing is the material of the inside sleeves with their Sherpa lined hoodies. No, it’s not Sherpa like you’d think it should be, it’s a windbreaker like polyester material guaranteed to reflect 100% of your arm sweat. You’re better off getting an off brand at Walmart and stretching the sleeves yourself. LEARN from this already carhartt, you’re still pooping out the same mass produced garbage from those Chinese factories.
6’3 175 and I got a medium fits good if you want a little oversized get a large
6’3 225. Got the XL because I figured it’d shrink a little. Fits perfectly.

they run large, I'm 6'4 200lbs and the mid-weight large hoodie fits me. its not fitted but not to baggy
