    It's not only the Greek caviar, you can find the bottarga in Sardinia too.

      Yes indeed, in Egypt as well... but only in Greece it's called Greek Caviar

      @@TonyKavalierosUS I just read that you can eat it also in Spain 😁 in Italy we called it the Mediterranean caviar.

      Probably the bottarga traveled around the Mediterranean sea with the Phoenicians.

      @@gio7799 that's right, it was first made in Egypt and travelled with the Phoenicians, great product. I ve taste it for the first time in Egypt at my grandfather's restaurant in Cairo. Thanks for your comments!!!
