22:49 any Pirc-brahs out there should know that 10... Nc6 here is not the best (or most common) move. Investigate 10... Bg4! for yourselves and see how it practically forces a draw and turns the game around in black's favour.
(at 29:41) Black can play Bxf3. If Qxf3, than Nxd4; cxd4 - Qxd4 and black is OK. If gxf3, than e6 and threatenenig Qh4 while Nf6 is safe for black. What do you think?
Great instruction, as always! I enjoyed your Danish Gambit Lecture as well, and look forward to hearing about other entertaining and aggressive lines. Fortune favors the brave!
I think there's an important variation that has not been analyzed : after 6. e5 dxe5 7. fxe5 Nd5 8 Bc4 Nxc3 9. bxc3 c5 10. O-O Bg4 ! Looks like black solved his problems here no ?
Do you have a good response after 1. e4 d6 2. d4 Nf6 3. Nc3 g6 4. f4 Bg7 5. Nf3 0-0 6. e5 dxe5 7. fxe5 Nd5 8. Bc4 Nxc3 9 bxc3 c5 10. 0-0 Bg4? The computer seems to like black or call it dead even.
Actually, after 0-0 cxd6 is very much playablr. If black goes Nxe4 then Qxe4 Bxc3+ bxc3 Qxc3+ Kf2 Qxa1 dxe7 Re8 Bc4 leads to a forced variation where Black has to know the details in order to survive I am talking about the 10:20 moment
Hello Mio, what is your general attitude towards the Pirc? I play it to avoid too much theory, but it shares some ideas with the Dragon. Do you recommend I drop the Pirc and learn the Dragon?
I had a blitz game on Lichess today where after e5/Ne8/h4 my opponent played ..h5.I didn't get any advantage with usual developing moves such as Be3 and Bc4 and looking on the analysis board using SF there seems no serious advantage to be gained for white.Have you faced h5 in this line by black?
Hello Miodrag! this is an instructive video. And you are very good commentator and your music choices are better than other streamer. thanks a lot. but there is a voice problem. the problem starting 1:09:10. there is no voice. and the other problem starting 1:10:00 in that moment your voice comes earlier than the display. Can you fix this video? then last thing is: i was dr_Furkan on the video.(1:46:16) you didnt play with me because i have to play pirc but i didnt know that i have to ;)
After Nb6 and a4-a5 My opponent play d5 I know this is ugly and not so good move but After i play h3 stopping to bishop develop on g4 , Then he play Nc4 And i am out of theory And then i blunder Nxd5 And loss the pawn in all transactions Sir please help me
Hello IM Miodrag! In 03 min 40 s you said: "bxc6 ?? is very bad", but i whoud like show you this line: "7.... 0-0 8. bxc6!! Nxe4 9. Qxe4 Bxc3! 10. bxc3! Qxc3+ 11. Kf2 Qxa1 12. dxe7 Re8 13. Bc4!? ...white has a ferocious attack, do you agree???
This leads to an unclear position where black has a lot of play with the rooks One small slip by white and he will be in a lost position same can be said for black but why would you go for this when you can have a safe advantage?

I need more of this. Excellent crystal clear lectures, great coach !
I never know what to play against the pirc, thank you for this complete repertoire!!!

Thank you so much! This is just the video on the Pirc I was looking for. Love your videos sir, very easy to follow and understand.
As always thank you for these amazing lecrures, I would like to see how to crush the french and maybe the philidor.
9:50 cxd6 is in fact playable, and about equal.

Yeah, I noticed it too. 10...Bg4 is also the main move in lichess database, with better score for black.
You're a legend mate, keep up the great material!
Hey, nice lecture again. PGN would be appreciated. I did it on my own on the Two Knights against the Caro-Kann which took a hell lot of time xD
I brought his pgn for the Caro Kann great value for money and a huge time saver
@@PeterSodhi how much did it cost? 👍🏽🤷🏻♂️
Just me or does the audio and video start to de-sync around the time when he starts playing games?
Amazing video, nice concept, I'm a huge fan!
Qg1 is genius - Mios videos are like having your own GM team behind you...

CroChess We shouldn't give them possibility to survive at all, especially after such analysis :)
Nice Lecture!
28mins nice deep very deep insights! thanks
First 15m 5...c5

To be continued.

Against Bc4, isn't the immediate e6 something to worry about?

PGN files for all your vids please!
Just what I needed to beat this friend of mine!!!
I'd really like some pgns about this!
I was enjoying this very good video right up until that terrible music was being played.
Yooo uploading PGNs would be amazing. Why not upload it onto a platform like Dropbox and link it in the description?
