I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁
She is bullshiting!! This won't help with anything. If you want to fix your belly you need to do Crunches at least 50-100 a day. Jumping Jax, and ALOOOOT OF PLANKS

If you're stitches won't heal.. you may face that kind of problem..

After 2 months mommies but you need to confirm with your doctor that you are fully recovered

Yes I feel fully recovered too after 4 weeks. I also had a c section with twins 2 years ago and I just want to flatten the pouch and tone up my abs and butt.

With my first child breastfeeding was all it took to get me back in shape. With the second baby it's taking longer than usual. Exercise works best rather than detox tea and belts

I have had 3 c sections weight needs to go and belly.
I will do this and report back in about 3 months and share my results and how I feel.
I do hope I stay motivated.
First c section was 15 years ago then back to back 8 7 years ago.
Lower stomach does sag 😩 more let's hope these 2 simple steps will help plus all the other work outs I have been doing.

Faiza Faizza it’s better to wait six to seven months until the wound heals well. Don’t rush like these exercise if you want do walking is the best and safest one is. Walk 30 minutes everyday and drink eight cups of water 💦 you will loose baby weight sis

Never ever do that. Wait at least 6 months for anything regarding exercises specially hard ones like these. Body needs to heal internally. Try walks or low intensity exercise
