The Ruger Mark IV Wiggle, How to eliminate movement between the upper and lower receivers (frame)

First thing, I would like to apologize for the gum chewing. I did not realize my microphone was going to pick that up so well.
Now that we have that settled, let’s get into it. The Ruger Mark IV is a really good gun, however it does have a few things that just need some tweaking to make it really great. One of those is how the upper and the lower fit together. They are just a little loose, and there is this little bit of wiggle is what I like to call it in the gun. The wiggle is left to right though, not top to bottom.
When I shoot my Ruger, I feel the recoil, but I also feel that left to right wiggle. It is a little unnerving if you can feel it. It makes me wonder if it is throwing my shot of at all or not. Also, I feel it when I bring my gun up to fire, I just feel that wiggle, just a bit. Maybe I am overly sensitive to it, or it is just me? Whichever it is I wanted to fix it.
