    "I think I know what you’re talking about. When I was younger, like many of us, I worked in an office surrounded by people who sometimes tried to put me down. I remember one day when I was struggling with a bad mood and negative thoughts. But as soon as I stepped outside and focused on my steps, I began to feel better. I just listened to the sounds my footsteps made, and suddenly I felt such joy from simply BEING, from just EXISTING. My bad mood and thoughts faded away. I wanted that feeling inside to last as long as possible. It was such a contrast between thinking and feeling.
    And one more thing amazes me: when I listen to you, I feel a similar sense of joy."
