"This comment does everything by the book and does not cut Corners at all and have the right UA-cam Comment insurance"….
No big business says “it’s done by the book” as much as this guy did
I'm wondering what book is he using. An old Batman comic?
@@gregofthelake 😂😂😂😂😂
We’ll when you’re in an industry that is flooded with shady people and a negative stigma, you have to clarify those things more. I give him credit for succeeding thus far. Seems like a really sharp dude
I gotta ask, which book?
lot of cap
No matter how many documents he produces, you still get the feeling that you can’t trust this dude or his business. Fake hustler guru culture needs to just die already.
Why not? There can be legit businesses sometimes lol
he's just not really teaching the game of how you can get the money to rent cars through business credit
Never trust a man with tattoos on his hand.
Has someone drive him around in a Sprinter van cause he's too good to drive himself and he has such little time because he's a "hustler".
Don't forget, he does 'everything by the book' he told us multiple times, so it must be true. Not sure which book he's doing it by though.
Appreciate that despite your struggles with the lawsuit you're still flying out to shoot content. Keep up the good work. Cheers
He generates money from UA-cam. So it helps. More money to fight the lawsuit.
New plan is to travel more and make more in person videos. The hope is that the new style can generate enough views to pay for the trip. Despite what some commenters believe, I don't get paid to make videos so gotta travel on a budget.
@@SpencerCornelia greetings Spencer are you saying you are not monetized on yt?
@@LuxeprivaeMedia don’t get paid by the company he’s interviewing. A lot of people would do a review as a “”review”” where they really just get paid to make a company look good. He does a full breakdown video on his financial situation in his recent follow up video explaining his lawsuit expenses being over 200,000 so far and him needing help. He’s always talked about his financial situation openly for others to follow and know the risks of the businesses he works.
@@SpencerCornelia Spencer, we totally get it if you are thinking about asking for a fee when doing this kind of videos.
I'm one of the followers that have been here for a long time and that really appreciate your work, seeing your financial situation was something a lot of us didn't expect and we feel you.
So if you really need another source of income, your real audience will get it. Forget about this guys that only complain and are here to be trolls, they will never be happy.
A big part of the "scheme" behind these exotic car rental companies is installing mileage limiters so their "5,000" mile cars - are actually 30k mile cars. I'd love to see you sit down with Rob Ferretti and talk more about these businesses. He is one of the few public faces who has been involved in the exotic car rental game for 10+ years.
I was thinking about Rob's video on mileage limiters while watching this and when someone keeps repeating they do it the right way, it sets off warnings in my head.
100% red flag. If all the cars are under 5K then that means he's not renting them out enough thus his business isn't profitable. He gave an example of renting out a car 10 days a month, that's an easy 100 miles per day 1K miles per month. So he's rotating his inventory every 5 months if he gets cars with 0 miles on the dash LOL.
why would anyone care if their rental has 30k vs 5k miles?
@@samuhlm2 Good question - to those who are renting the cars, it makes no difference.
The issue is - a large part of cost of a legitimate exotic car rental company comes from the depreciation of the cars themselves. The difference in price between a 5k mile car vs a 30k mile car is +/- 100k. This takes one of the largest expenses out of the equation.
@samuhlm2 Because in the exotic/super car world, those miles are x3 or even x4. So that 30k miles is like 90K. Like a woman with 3 baby daddies, it's been well used.
This video feels a lot like more like an ad than an "investigation".
A very unconvincing ad
that's exactly what it is, even worse than his Mikki videos
He always does stuff
Like this even tho exposes scammers he will have scammers on his channel, I haven’t looked at him the same since the fake real estate guy was on his channel
Who’s the fake real estate guy?
@@SpencerCornelia oh it's nice to see you replying. Im not entirely sure who they're talking about but here's my thoughts. A lot of people, especially your former viewers such as myself may see these sort of softball interviews a bit uncomfortable.
One sided boxing matches might be nice now and then but no one wants or expects this to be every match, I understand that it will be harder to book a fight with celebrity boxers if you planned to make them fight for their life in the ring, but throwing soft punches just makes the fight look staged.
It feels like in these sort of interview videos you're uncritical, not asking any hard questions that I'm sure many people wanted to hear (just browsing the comments you see many asking them). These videos come off as puff-pieces. I get it's not meant to be a debate, but there's a balance to be struck between sycophantic and hostile and it really feels like you're leaning too far in one way. And hey, maybe you have to because these interviews keep the lights on which is fair, but social credibility is a currency as well.
Spencer: yo can I use your bathro-
Brandon: it’s done by the book, I swear
hahahahahhahahah lmao
If you have to rent a car to impress your friends or future partners, you're doing it wrong
Not friends but prospective clients or associate not future partners but temp partners
Treating future/potential partners to a neat experience goes a long way. Business is personal, not a robotic formula.
Not sure what rock you live under but this is America. It's a show me state here and in many parts of the world. Showing up with a $500,000 car just about anywhere and business as well as social interactions will be more favorable by default.
@@SHUJINCELLshhh don’t tell ‘em that let them think they know about money eventhough they work minimum wage jobs
@@vanhuvanhuvese2738 if they know, and they'll know, it's just an impressive waste of money. look dudes lets be real the number 1 reason to rent is to think that you're impressing _strangers_. those are the best kind of people to impress because they'll never invalidate you thinking that you impressed them. or to pretend that you're in gta: vice city, that's a valid reason, pump up some 80s tunes, drive around, stop and take over some pizza delivery guys scooter and start delivering pizzas.
“We do everything by the books” feels just like “it’s not a ponZi scheme”
Was this a investigation or a promotion of the company? Really hard to tell...
Congrats on watching a 14-minute advert!
I wouldn't be surprised if he got paid for this one
He's really selling out more and more
It all started with selling out for Mikki !
Some times he features legit companies so you are able to understand that not all business owners are trying to rip you off.
I have no idea what the scam is but i'm 100% convinced this guy is not legit and doing something dodgy
I am 70 year old Miami nastive. This guy is a convicted felon. Look at his prison tats.
You have a right to ur opinion.
I think his business is legitimate. I just feel like to money to start it wasn’t
I think the coffeezilla/Spencer cornelia echo chamber has created a bunch of people scared to invest or interact with anyone doing business for fear of being "scammed"
@@eddycarpenter8989 Agree, you can say that
If a businessman keeps telling you "everything is legit" over and over and over again, I'd consider that a red flag lol
stopped when i heard "he accepts cash" to read the money laundering comments lol
He still never actually answered what happens if someone wrecks a car. Asked twice and just circled around saying it’s by the book.
He probably takes the clients family hostage and demands ransom
This couldn't be a more blatant money laundering biz if he tried lol
And? You calling the Feds?
In motorsport you can't make such blatant accusations. You should pay $1000's for that lame ass take on social media and force him to produce documentation that his company is legit. Maybe that way people wouldn't make flippant comments online with zero risk.

I just want to say Spencer, you have never stopped your grind in 3 years and that takes so much hustle; not only that, you were getting million views a day on your more mainstream expose videos - but I think we all knew that the “coffeezilla” type expose videos never really get to the bottom of things. and you are actually going out in the field and exposing real stories! You’re a real journalist man. I respect tf out of you way more than any financial youtuber
Why do you keep comparing him to coffeezilla?
Spencer you are killing it to pay for that lawyer. Ty for your content. Its pretty awesome.
And he got a trip of it to Miami.
Spencer > Coffeezilla any day
Spencer’s a real ass journalist and entrepreneur at this point and gives full disclosure that’s insanely rare
I smell drug game in this, I’m sure he paid Spencer a lot of money to do this video.
I specifically don't ask for any compensation for videos like this to avoid conflict of interest. I'm testing out a new style to see how it performs. this style is working on a macro level on youtube and wanted to see if I could make it work. studio videos are boring AF to make after awhile. This video gave me a chance to go to Miami and film a couple videos for main channel and second channel.
@@SpencerCornelia That's nice to know. Keep grinding out this high quality stuff I will definitely be tuning in.
So disappointed in Spencer. He did absolutely no due diligence. This was basically a sales pitch that screams scam and Spencer was a willing participant.

So.....the Insurance Companies have all the power. They can raise your rates to a unsustainable level or just drop coverage anytime and you'd be screwed.
I think bro does things by the book and doesnt cut corners
He does it by the corner, and he certainly doesn't cut any books.
But he can package them and make a lot more money.
Looking at those cars, i wonder how many people rented them and yelled inside them “ guys” “ run it up” “whale play lock of the year”😂
*The fact that the owner keeps emphasizing that he doesn't cut corners is a sure indication that he's definitely cutting corners. Secondly, he keeps pointing to the fact that they have the right insurance like he's the only person in the world that's capable of getting this insurance. @@SpencerCorneliayou either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain
@@NicotineftCoffeeFlavoredWater GIve it a couple more months and he'll come out with a 'partnership' will an amazing financial guru
The guy runs a car rental business but then states that all of the "rental cars" have less than 5000miles on them.......that doesn't make any sense!
exotics don't get driven much. even renting them out usually comes with a daily cap of 50-100 miles
@@SpencerCornelia I appreciate the reply, however even with that standard rental milage, the 5000 mile comment doesn't make much sense. In order for an exotic car rental business to make any sense the cars would need to be used for far more than 5000 miles before the company offloads them. The profit per mile figure required to make any of the cars profitable after 5000 miles usage would have to be massive. To me this just sounds like a slick, salesy, type comment to try to overstate the quality of the business.
If I am perfectly honest, having watched this video and then looking over the companies websites, this looks like a bit of a ponzi scheme to me. It looks like they are bringing in investors in order to finance their vehicles and then sharing the profits with them. However the profits going to the investors come out of the separate rental company so the conflict of interest appears to be ginormous!
I am always happy to be proven wrong however I will set myself a 2 year reminder on this video to comeback and see if the company is still around or not.
You didn’t ask the tough question. Where did he get his startup money? My guess he is just another rich kid spending his daddy’s money.
Notice how many times he says “we” “the business”
The dude used to work with a multi levers marketing company (Alegacy marketing) and “scammed” me when I was 16. Just another “scam”

You asked him the same question twice but he still didn’t give a straight up answer. Like what happens when the car gets wrecked
"We do everything by the book."
Is the answer

The come down once you hand the car back must hit hard..
The amount of time he says "by the book" makes me think he doesn't do things by the book
Never trust a guy who wont look you in the face indoors without sunglasses on and wearing a puffy jacket outside when its 95 degrees out.
“Control the narrative” he says talking about why they purchased the building. These Internet dorks can’t stop with their nonsense. Dialogue at all times. A narrative has literally nothing to do with your building. Nothing.
😂
He didn’t answer half your questions.
Whenever some answers every question with “So” or “You know what”, it’s a massive red flag to me
😂
A guy that values this time so much that he doesn’t have to drive, definitely doesn’t do his own grocery shopping or make his own bed. 🤦🏼♂️
I'm sure he's done them before and perfected them. he just doesnt do them now to save time. we dont look down on you every time you dont cook and order something or get fast food. humans dont have to do every mundane daily task, this doesn't make you better than anyone else. and he probably pays others to do these things which helps our economy and puts food on others tables. its the circle of life. just rethink that comment for a second.
@@sirashley2355 did you even listen to the video? He said that he is the person that’s doing those things. Not hiring people.
I don’t really want to say this but I could swear that I saw some corners that were cut around the mid point of this video.
Seems like they are poised for success. One thing that stood out was he kept saying 'the right insurance'. So many people are underinsured or don't have the right coverage. I had a storage unit theft and it was easily 40k in camera equipment and tech. If I didn't have the right coverage or my deductible was too high, that just adds to the loss. Insurance is dull and convoluted, but one of the most important things when something happens.
Having the right insurance agent saves businesses. Being underinsured or not fully understanding ones coverages, is a recipe for disaster and I'm glad you were able to get made whole.
These exotic car rental businesses are usually sketchy and not worth the hassle, sort of like Turo. Turo fucks their customers over regularly and it cracks me up.
With business and investing I have learned over the years that one of the most important things to manage is your downside risk. Otherwise you are just one major event away from losing everything
The guy in the video knows nothing about insurance either. First, he says he vets customers and makes sure they have the correct insurance, is he referring to the car owners or the people renting the cars? It sounds like he is referring to the people renting the cars because he says he gets a copy of their license as well. If that's the case then we immediately know he is a scam because auto insurance is not for an individual and does not follow an individual around like health insurance, auto insurance is specific to the vehicle and the vehicle only. So how exactly is he checking his customers insurance to make sure it's good? Secondly, he briefly says he has a company that insures the cars, I highly doubt this individual is licensed to sell or provide insurance to anyone or anything. Major scam.
@@djjames1 auto insurance differs from company to company. For State Farm it follows the vehicle but coverage extends to permissive users too. You're right though, he doesn't explain primary/excess coverage, which matters greatly in insurance and I can assure you, most agents do the minimum these days, when it comes to qualifying new business. I've seen agents try all kinds of stuff, to get new customers but that's when underwriting kicks in and approves or denies high risk individuals. You and I know, auto and homeowner policies are very different. I've seen people ruined because their agents failed to properly cover their vehicles.
Are you sure he didn't invite you for a advertisement.. not sure why your even there. Keep hunting those scammers..
Because my favorite videos are out in person. slowly shifting over to that model
I can't trust a car rental guy who doesn't want (or isn't able) to drive himself, refers to cars as "pieces", and has neck ink.
Also as someone with a UA-cam channel you have too remember a lot of people get nervous in front of cameras if he doesn’t do many interviews that’s probably what it was thus repeating him self a lot of times
This place seems like a front for drug money laundering. They,do rent cars but they inflate their earnings and its all built on,drug money
100% the blue Shelby is a kit car. Mustang is not restored to original and its a recreation. 3million as a package? No one cares about buying rare cars in a package.
Branden talks out of his ass and preys on people who are not knowledgeable. He's no longer involved in the exotic car rental space. It was a total bust. His original business partner cut ties with him at the end of 2023. This year, he "moved" to a new location with a new business partner and that didn't last six months. The new business partner said he hadn't seen or heard from Branden for months. Branden's Rolls Royce, the one he got using PPP loan money, was eventually repossessed earlier this year. By the start of the summer, Branden abandoned his exotic car rental biz and his exotic car rental course and hauled ass to LA. He's currently being sued by someone who was a victim of his Amazon Automation scam and more lawsuits are pending/incoming. That's the least of his troubles. An indictment from the Feds is coming.
In the Netherlands there is alot of money laundering using luxury car rental shops, just say'n.
Wow, a 15 minute ad...
Where was the investigation? Did I miss it?
Something smells rotten
In California you simply can't go out in exotic car ... if LA traffic doesn't wreck you , potholes will
So his selling point is he buys insurance that any other exotic car rental can buy and does.....not a strong sales pitch for investors
Doesn't need investors. If a car rental is 2k.
Can’t put my finger on it, but this guy doesn’t come across as 100% legit. He does seem very confident though. A CONfident man…
The fact that this guy cannot give a firm price on what it takes to rent that Urus screams scammer. Between 1200 to 1700 daily....WHAT!! That is a $500 per day difference. What constitutes someone paying $1200 vs $1700? Comes off as dishonest.
Thanks for your openness on your what you made video. I early retired/FI at age 37 recently. I earn $220K - $260K per year in net income after taxes from passive private placement real estate.
I think the difference is you actually work hard and run multiple businesses, while I have 4-5 core sponsors where I fund their deals and collect the distributions and exits.
I spend less than 15 hours per year on the entirety of my real estate, and I don't have any other work at this time. Just slow traveling the world and having an absolute blast.
4 long term tenants in rentals, and 30+ passive syndications that take zero time throughout the year. Overall I spend 2-3 hours per month or less on my real estate.
all the cars have low miles, pretend to rent them = money laundering, "package" cars together and they are worth more? usually buying more than one gets you a better deal lol, must have turned off your radar, of course this is all in my wild imagination, I don't know anything

I have to ask; is everything by the book and do they cut any corners?
And do they have the right insurance?
Cars in the showroom, cocaine upsell in the office lol

I always thought rich ppl who rent/lease aren’t really rich. Fake it til you make it basically. As I got older, if I had $250K I’d rent a house for a month that I otherwise couldn’t afford but when it comes to cars I think it’s better to own if you can afford it.
I feel like a lot of negative comments are because of the way this guy looks tattoos and dressing a certain way doesn’t make someone a criminal I think he is actually legit
