  • Here is the flip side of my last upload by the Dixie Daisies - "SORRY"! A FANTASTIC Record, with a bunch of pictures of mine and sent to me by friends, (Many thanks to Ian Borges, Pea Gee, Bert Harris, M.L and Patti Childs and many others -WHY my silly picture was selected, I have no idea,?     This bouncy, energetic and cheerful tune is so typical of the mid-twenties in the best sense of the word :-) Sadly, personnel is totally unknown for this recording session that took place c. October 5, 1927. The vocalist doesn't sound too unfamiliar but I cannot think of any name right now. Thank you so much for sharing this delightfully brilliant tune and performance, as well as for the beautiful photos shown in the video!

      Thank You so much! I had some trouble finding info on this record - I guess for a good reason! I thought about a redo, I wanted the four beautiful ladies on the beach with umbrellas as the thumbnail pic, but it only gave me the one shown! Oh well, it is what it is!!

      @@roybo1930 Don't worry at all about the thumbmails... normally they offer three options, but lately YT is encountering quite a few glitches (disappearing comments probably being the most annoying...). This performance was so utterly enjoyable :-)
