    Depending on the type and quality of the different ingredients are used. The best is best steamed with just the most subtle and basic ingredients: good light soy sauce, ginger, spring onions, and a touch of sesame oil. Chillie, preserved plums, bean paste and are used to add a different touch.
    Ingredients;
    1 kl Lapu Lapu fresh fish (Red Grouper
    1 Stalk Onion Leeks, sliced.
    1 medium ginger, sliced.
    1 large white onion, sliced.
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 tsp white sugar
    3 tbsp Xiaoxing wine / Rice vinegar
    2 Tbsp sesame oil
    1 Lemon sliced
    1 tsp salt
