    Thank you,Chef.Nagawa ako nyan twing New Year pero wala sauce.
    Next year may sauce na ako maihahain.
    Salamat uli.
    Nga pala ginaya ko ung Takoyaki nyo.Matrabaho pala pero sulit at nagustuhan namin ang sauce nun pwede partner sa chicken nuggets.

    chef, thank you for sharing this recipe. ❤️ what can be used as substitute for spring onions (very expensive here in Qatar), rice wine and sesame oil (could not find it here in the grocery stores)

      You can use leeks or parsley. Rice wine can be replaced by pale dry sherry. Sesame oil has no substitute.

      Pompano is the common name. Kaila na ang fish vendor ana. You can also buy in the supermarket. Common na ang pompano. You can also use lapulapu or any white meat fish for this recipe.
