Thanks for showing your version of this dish. I dice up the green onions, ginger, and garlic. I spread it on both sides of the fish along with black bean sauce. Then I steam it for about 15 to 20 min. At the end I pore the hot sesame oil on top.
I use most of the scallion, and then I plant the root part in a flower pot in my driveway. They start to grow again. In the winter, of course I buy them, but once the weather warms up, I just cut more of the green part off and use it. The root in the ground will keep sending up new shoots. All my plants are supermarket saves like this, and some of them have been going strong for 4 years or so. Always super fresh. Always organic. Haha
Just made this and my mom lovesssss it omg! I placed my fish on a bed of water crest then poured the oil and sauce over it. Made it even more amazing! Ty for sharing this recipe ✨👍!
Very nice, rather classy video. One of my favorites while a very young soldier. Thank you, will look at your other videos. Also, well mannered young man.
You can get it in a Vietnamese markets. If there isn't a store near you, you can get it on Amazon: www.amazon.com/M-V-Trading-VWS105-Vietnamese-Shredder/dp/B01JR0IZRI/ref=sr_1_2?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1543299560&sr=1-2&keywords=water+spinach+shredder . eBay has them too. Just search for water spinach splitter.
Hi, Could you let me know the thingy that you use to thinly slick the green onions? What does it call and where you got it from? Thank you. I will try making this dish. Thank you!
I have an instant pot also and I can tell you that is one tiny fish you used because there isn't a lot of space to steam a fish due to the round shape of the pan but your fish looks amazing. However, I will stick to my steamer. Thanks for sharing.
This recipe looks delicious👌👌 and so tampting, nicely❤️ prepared & well presented thoroughly enjoyed❤️ the whole process and absolutely love the end result, looks absolutely perfect & tasty👌👌, Big thanks for share.👍👍
Very tender and tasty, I use this recipe oftenly now! Somehow it reminds me of sushi because of sweet meat and tender texture, ginger juice and soy sauce around. xD
