My mom was a teacher for almost 30 years & she started with Kindergarten. She said the very first day, she knew she'd made a terrible mistake lol
My mum did the same haha. Immediately went to 6th grade health after 3 years teaching kindergarten. Said “I only deal with the good and bad ones once a day now.”
Arnold's helper, she said she was afraid of dealing with other people's kids she was a afraid of having her own, that was funny.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 they can be extreme like the teenagers
I hated school, I hated sitting down having someone present me information in a slow, boring way, being forced to read, math, then homework 🤢🤮
Shout out to the teachers 💯
"Boys have a penis, girls have a vagina!"
Fun Fact: Of all his movies Arnold Schwarzenegger has stated this is his favorite role, as it was a departure from his typical action heroes and he also loved working with the children.
Also, Arnold Schwarzenegger had a few conditions before accepting the role of Kimble; he wanted Ivan Reitman to direct the film, he wanted a physical fitness theme, he and Reitman wanted broken homes, child abuse and family life written into the script.
Arnold does a lot for kids in real life so it makes sense why he loves this role as much as he does
Based kid.
Turned into a great movie ♥
@@JJA1987 Just think that the actors that played the kids in the film are probably hovering 40yrs old now.
Say that now days and you'll get canceled lol
Fun fact: during the scene where the kids talk about their dads, many of them weren’t given lines and instead were describing what their actual dads do for a living.
Seriously???? That makes a funny moment even 10x funnier. 😂😂😂
Sooooo Miko Hughes' dad really was a gynecologist?
Never will anything be funnier than Arnold picking the kid up who ate the lunches and then drops him when he spits on him 😂😂
I disagree, the principle punching the air is insanely funny lmao
Kimble screaming at the top of lungs outside of the school is without a doubt the funniest part of the movie! 😅🤣
@@timothymorris157 definitely up there for sure 😂 if I was him would have ran all the way home
@@bobbymarr1297 your allowed your opinion
@@Infamous6091 Same here Jahmal. To hell with those brats! Lol 😆
Kids are truly without filters at this age. I was a School Resource Officer for Elementary age kids for 5 years and they act just like this in the movie. But at the same time they’re wonderful and all have potential for awesome stuff
Yes! I worked at the YMCA childcare and after school program for five years. Five is a great age, and they are definite like this, lol. I loved it and miss it.
Its crazy how all these kids are now 37-38 years old
24:31 😂😂😂 I swear, every time you boys scream in unison, I get an extra year of life.
You gonna live a long time.
Never clicked a video so fast in my life. This movie is my childhood.
Same!
Bingo
Dominic's dad and grandma scared the deal outta me as a kid.
crap
Me too 😂
That's a testament to the actors. Richard Tyson is a total sweetheart. They had to reshoot the scenes where he ambushed Dominic and menaced the kids because they didn't want to be mean to their "friend".
There was a really sad comment on a video about this movie. A guy said he saw this movie as a kid. He was being beaten by his dad, and he hoped Mr. Kimbel would come rescue him 😢
Jesus….that’s so damn tragic.
He was in Kimble's class, his dad got what was coming to him.
Belt
Slipper
Palm
Fist
Walking stick
Knife

Some of my parents weapons of choice. They made beating me up a weekly olympic sport.
I can fucking relate.
@@Wazza555 I'm so sorry you experienced that.
@@deeanna8448 It isn't your fault. It is mine.
One of my favorite lines was when Kimbels partner knocks the sh** out of Crisps mom then kneels down to her and says, "You're not so tough without your car are ya?" 😂😂😂 makes me laugh every time.
I've lost count the number of times I've seen this movie. One of my favourite Arnold comedies. Glad you guys enjoyed it.
Me too!
Absolute classic movie!!!! So excited yall are checking it out! "It's not a too-mah" is a quote I STILL use randomly. I miss feel good whole family comedy/dramas that the 90s had. They really don't make them like they used to. Also, I highly recommend checking out Richard Tyson (Crisp) in Three O' Clock High! It's such an underrated 80s movie!
“I’m the party poo-pah.” 🤣
Richard Tyson along with many others also made an appearance in Blackhawk Down.
They don’t make any movies like they used to really. I think there are maybe only 10-15 movies released in the past 20 or so years that I can watch over and over again.
"There is no bathroom!" was the most common quote in my family.
@@williambryan3346 Such a quotable movie!!!
"It's not a tumor" is probably quoted more than "I'll be back". I say it wherever I get a really bad cold or a hangover.
I’ve been on the receiving end of a kid with no filter. A few years back I got “I’ve made you two birthday cakes this year because you’re fat and greedy.” She’d spent all afternoon decorating them and had made me a birthday card as well.
Nowadays you can't do prank calls without people threatening to call the cops so meh. It's not fun anymore.
Oh man this takes me back. Always find it funny when the single moms bust out their makeup when they see Kimble for the first time.
Same for Curtis but not only the single ones
@@-M0LE lot of those women had to be lonely.
Curtis serving the community one mum at a time, what a legend :D
He's a trooper
This was filmed in Astoria Oregon. I live there, and went to the school when I was little. This movie is great! 😂
Love how Curtis is wearing a Cobra Kai t shirt and Chris said 'the best... around " I caught that
You’re the best…AROUND! nothings gonna ever keep you down 😅 🎶
@@elizabitty213 why did I hear/read that in homestar runner's voice?
Not so tough without your car are ya?
😂 love that line.
Back in the early 2000s, this movie was responsible for lots of crank calls, using a soundboard of clips of John Kimble’s voice to basically annoy unsuspecting people and businesses!
Soundboards need a comeback
Who is your daddy and what does he do?
And 11 years ago someone called 911 with it! So effed up!
imagine teaching at that school for years. All of a sudden some muscle built chad shows up ands starts getting public awards and recognition. Damn.
By far the funniest Arnold movie and the sweetest overall. So many great memorable scenes here between the kids and Arnold. Like every Arnold film, it has endless quotables. This is a movie I enjoyed growing up and fits just about any age. Great reaction.
Also, the score by Randy Edelman is so good in this movie. It may be subtle at times but it heightens the movie in so many ways and is so memorable on its own.
I like how it reinforces 'Stranger Danger' without being preachy - they simply made it a logical part of the film. Now they beat you over the head with 'stuff' and act like you still didn't get it.
Idk Twins is hilarious and sweet too
Jingle All the Way.
@@pezdispencer113 another great one
@@coachmikesfilmroom3111 I think they reacted to that one already :D
I always forget what a wonderful mixture of comedy, action, and sweetness this movie is.
I was seven yrs old when this hit theaters. Ivan and Arnold worked extremely well together in this and in Twins. There are to many awesome moments in this film to just narrow down it down to one.
I love Linda Hunt in this movie. At first it seems like she's going to be the buzzkill that keeps getting in Schwarzeneggar's way, but her meeting with him after he punches the abusive father is so good. You can tell the principal has been wanting to do the same to that guy for a while.
"It's not a TUMAH!" Arnold was brilliant to go into comedy.
The mom played Brenda in Adventures in Babysitting.
_"You spiked her Tab with Drano?"_
One of my favorite Arnold movies ever! So many quotable lines!
Kindergarteners (5-6 year-olds) are just crazy.
They can be insanely cute and angelic one minute, and make Satan's kids feel inadequate the next.
Arnold Schwarzenegger said the most fun he ever had making a movie was making Kindergarten Cop.
Both of you are beyond hilarious and thank you for having this awesome UA-cam channel. It literally makes my day better, no matter how sad or angry I am, I can't help myself to die laughing with pure joy watching your videos.
This is an underrated movie! Glad you guys are watching it .. Some of the comebacks from the kids are so good. You think it's going to be a movie for the kids, but it has a lot of adult themes and the title is misleading lol
Adding an edit: Seeing that kid climb that tower made me think of What's Eating Gilbert Grape. Great movie and cast
Wouldn't really call it underrated. It was widely seen and universally loved.
Underrated? 🤔
Why is it underrated like they react to out of dated and poor movies which is not that excited when they react to taxi driver just ruined it.
I'm seen alot of Arnold's films, but I swear, that scene at the beginning where he's clearing out the drug den is one of the most epic scenes ever. Especially when you consider his character is just a normal human, but he marches in there like the friggin Terminator.
I love that whole sequence with him being a f'n machine of a badass doesn't-give-the-slightest-shit cop, complete with trenchcoat, stubby shotty and sporting the slightly extra haggard version of Sonny Crockett stubble.
I wish we coulda got a prequel film of Detective Kimble just doing his thing, you know itd be kickass.
Have you ever picked up a ferret?
It's like a fur wrapped slinky.
Thanks, guys. Really need a little joy today.
💕🙋🏻♀️🤓
My favorite Arnold comedy. I even like it better than True Lies or Twins. There are so many quotable lines from this.
I even had the good fortune to snap pictures at the Astoria school this was filmed at when I was in Oregon six years ago along with stopping at the Goonies house and beach.
I’m so glad you’re reacting to this.
I took my large and small dogs to the vet once and said, "The twins are here!"
They said, "Yeah, Danny and Arnold. "
Very cool!
Arnie's first comedy was the 1979 film, "The Villain" also known as "Cactus Jack". It's a _Loony Tunes_ slapstick-style film with Kirk Douglas and Ann-Margaret. The full movie is on You Tube.
@@PhantomFilmAustralia
Is that the one where his father's name was. Handsome Stranger? That's a hilarious movie!
I sat through that whole movie trying to figure out how he got that shirt on. ( zipper under his arm)
@@baskervillebee6097 That's the one! Arnie's character was called "Handsome Stranger". Just so happened I found the film on You Tube just last week.
The standout character for me was Jack's loyal but _take-no-sh!t_ horse and friend, "Whiskey".
😂❤❤
I wanted to see the dad that was abusing his kid get more of a beat down.
Love your dogs 🥰🥰🥰
based
This was Arnold Schwarzenegger and director Ivan Reitman's follow-up to Twins. This was released the same year as Total Recall
"Days nights weekends holidays, I am going to hang out with you until the END OF TIME!" Classic AHHHH-NOLD! I went to school in Oregon though, and they make it seem like you have to drive hours and hours to get from Portland to Astoria - it only takes 2 hours.
With the animal sidekick comments now you have to see Arnold in Last Action Hero...!
The girl "Emma" is funny also in the family classic pet dog comedy Beethoven. It's worth a watch somewhere in the back catalog.
Last Action Hero was made for these guys to react to
The kid in the closet that Kimble caught making out is the directors son Jason Reitman, who directed Ghostbusters, Afterlife. His father directed the original.🎉🎉
5:57 Favorite part of a scene in any movie ever. "So who are you, man?"... gun cocks... "Bam!" 😂
_"I'm da pardy poopah."_
@@PhantomFilmAustralia '' Next time my place.''
I had this movie on recording so some parts are missing but it's my first Arnold movie from waaaaay back. Had mom and I cracking up for years.
I can't be the only person that thinks Crisp looks like Channing Tatum with an 80's ponytail lol
So happy you guys got to see more Arnold movies. Terminator next?
One of the best movies I’ve ever seen
Also I think a lot of us wish we could do this 21:28. Plus the Headmistress’ response was the icing on the cake
"What did it feel like to hit that son of a bitch." God I love it.
Y'all should Che k out the 20th anniversary video where they got the kids together, as adults, by Zoom chat, and surprised them all with Arnie jumping into the chat part way through. Priceless! 😂🙏👍🤙‼️#️⃣1️⃣
The way they introduced themselves with their iconic lines made me laugh so hard! 😂
* Also, the villain _Crisp_ played by Richard Tyson was the nicest guy on the set and all the kids loved him so much it was hard to act scared of him.
This.
Conan the Destroyer.
Twins.
Predator.
And Conan the Barbarian are my Arnold favorites.
Destroyer > Barbarian .
Linda Hunt (the Principal lady) always reminds me to Erna (the superhero costume designer) from The Incredibles.
If you want to see another family friendly Arnold movie with Danny DeVito and Pamela Reed, watch "Junior (1994)"
That one kid knows human biology more than a group of adults these days ll😂
I know right! It's sad that such a young child has more common sense than the adults these days!
Really gonna be transphobic and just plain uneducated like that? Does that make yall feel less miserable to be hateful to others being themselves?
And no, they were taught wrong, they didn’t know yet that it’s more complicated than that… any gender can have the male/female chromosomes/genes, it’s not as simple as xx = female and male = xy… also, you can have a penis or a vulva and/or vagina and be male or female or both or neither or other.
*Remember:* it takes more effort to be heartless&mindless than it does to be respectful and kind. (: and there’s nothing good coming out of adding more negativity to this world already being destroyed by people being the problem not the solution and EVERYTHING good that comes out of reducing the damage by using your heart&brain and being part of the solution not the problem (:
@@Cassxowary or perhaps it's you who have been indoctrinated into a false ideology. Thank you They for your input.
The drive to Astoria, Oregon from Portland is a very beautiful drive. Gorgeous scenery with vast stretches of beach in Seaside and Gearhart. Many films have been been done in Astoria including not only the Goonies but also short circuit. If you haven’t seen them I highly recommend them. They’re great.
This movie is so underrated
Awesome Work Guys, Thanks 👍👍👍👍😎 Greetings from Helsinki, Finland 🇫🇮🇺🇸🇫🇮🇺🇸🇫🇮🇺🇸
I'm still baffled how this movie was an inspiration to the elementary school seen in the first Silent Hill horror game.
My Favourite When He Said "SHUT UP!!!"
favorite line-"not so tuff without your car"
I think my favorite quote from this movie is "There is no bathroom!" 😀
Malibu Most Wanted next
Richard Tyson (the bad guy) is such a nice man. He's from my hometown, Mobile, AL and he still lives there. My parents and I met him when KC came out and I was about 4. He was so kind and I still have my autograph and picture we all took💗
I grew up in the same neighborhood as Richard Tyson, the actor who plays the baddie, Cullen Crisp. Our [parents were friends. Nicest guy you'd ever want to meet.
In the 30 year Anniversary Zoom Reunion of Kindergarten Cop, all of the adult kids had the fondest memories of Richard Tyson. They all said he was the nicest person on set and how it was tough to act scared around him. The reunion is on You Tube if you haven't seen it.
Lived in Astoria and have seen the school. I love seeing the Pacific Northwest in movies!
Definitely a classic hit! Other early 90s films: What About Bob, Hook, The Mighty Ducks, King Of New York, New Jack City, Backdraft.
If a few of the kids seemed familiar to you:
Emma, the girl that needed help going to the bathroom, was Emily in the 1st and 2nd Beethoven movies
Joseph, the "p*nis and v*gina" kid, was Gage in Pet Cemetery and was Michelle's friend Aaron on Full House
Larry, the kid who says "Mr. Kimble, are you alright?", was in two Disney movies, Under Wraps and Can of Worms, and has done a lot of voice over work for cartoons and stuff
Every person of a certain age instinctively states, “It’s not a toom-ah” whenever the word “tumor” comes up.
This is a movie my mom and I always watched when it was on. We had the vhs and put it on occasionally.
My mom love the movie.
The lady playing the principal is Linda Hunt. She's also known for playing Hetty Lange in NCIS: Los Angeles.
Linda Hunt is So Good in This Movie And Arnold Schwarzenegger is So Funny at Times Too!
During lockdown they did a zoom reunion with Arnold and some of the kids. Was wholesome as all hell.
One of my favorites have y'all ever considered watching the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
Can we do some MICHAEL KEATON movies? Mr Mom, Gung Ho Multiplicity are classics
Batman too
Scott Adkins is having Keannu Reeves on his podcast, Scott was Killa in John Wick 4, he has a YT channel where he interviews martial arts actors, choreographers and stuntpeople going all the way back to 70s and 80s Hong Kong era. Anywho, you guys should check it out.
Your Patrons should recommend Scott's movies Accident Man and Accident Man 2: Hitman's Holiday, Scott produced the sequel himself. He plays a hitman hunted by other hitmen...sound familiar? He's also in Day Shift which is like John Wick meets Blade, it's martial arts and gun-fu vs vampires, stars Jamie Foxx, Snoop Dogg and Dave Franco.
IT'S NOT A TOOMAH!
There are so many great quotable Arnold lines in this movie
Great reaction guys. I love these 90's movies plus Arnold movies.
“Last Action Hero” Arnold Schwarzenegger
“Birdcage”
Robin Williams
Please please please! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻
Btw I think you’re right it
Is colored chalk in the beginning and I always thought it was a crayon 😂
My favorite line: "it's not a toomah" xD
Fun fact: The kid who said "Boys have a penis..." is the baby Gage from "Pet Sematary"
Dude literally called out the ferret at the end 😂😂😂
Carroll Baker, for the small amount of screen time she had, was great as Crisp's mother! Also, fun fact, Richard Tyson (Crisp) is from my home state of Alabama!!
Always loved this movie. Still hard to believe that Mr. Action Hero made a damn good comedy.
This movie, Twins and Junior are incredibly funny and entertaining. Pamela Reed (KC and Junior) is an incredible actress.
Fun facts Arnold only agreed to do this movie if they covered serious issues with family issues and health. He said this is one of his favorites
Little trivia: Arnold put this guy at 5:32 to sleep twice. First in Commando and then here. It's Branscombe Richmond and I will always remember him as Bobby Sixkiller from the Renegade tv show.
Junior is another ridiculous Arnold comedy if you’re into that. Danny DeVito costars, like in Twins. I’m pretty sure you guys have seen that.
You guys are awesome 👌 👏 👍
This and jingle all the way are Arnold's funniest movies, glad you guys liked this.
I love it when Arnold loses his cool and starts yelling at the class. Great reaction guys keep up the great work ✌️💜.
I'm convinced the writer of this movie was speaking directly to Arnold, trying to figure out the most normal things that would become hilarious coming out of Arnold's mouth.
Hell yes! Made my Sunday evening! 💪
Love how the one kid is wearing Andys shirt from childs play 2 which is funny since it came out the same year 😂
“I have a headache”….”it might be a tumor”….that kid later grew up to become the founder of WebMD
No shit 😮
@@crystal25288 you know how WEbMD has a tendency to be negative and worst case scenario? I was playing off that hahaha…I WISH it were actually true….although it might be! Who knows🤷🏻♂️😂
Astoria Oregon, same place The Goonies was filmed
I'm so happy for you two to watching Kindergarten Cop. My mom and me used to also watch "Junior"(1994) with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Danny DeVito, and Emma Thompson immediately after Kindergarten Cop!
The very best of the Schwarzenegger/Reitman trilogy (Twins, KC, Junior). I remember my dad taking us kids to see it in the theater for Christmas 1990. RIP Ivan Reitman.
Arnold is so funny and his not even trying, we love him.. and his a big time 1 of the biggest heroes and role models ever.
Curtis's screech had me rolling lol Keep up the good work :) Muah!
16:35- unfortunately in Britain, Margaret Thatcher took away our free milk policy for kids this age. This moment can not be replicated in modern day Britain today. Sad lamenting times.
28:42 yo that was a legit arnie impression ngl
Arnold is sooo likable and charismatic so it doesn't matter what movie he is or what the movie is about.
You know you gonna be entertaind anyway
Good reaction and edit. Another film right up your alley is 1987's Throw Mama From The Train.
