You can sell the armor itself? Some items rarely can be traded directly on the auction house. If that is the case for your plate then sell that. If you are saying that no one else is selling what you extracted then I would check the lithograph price to see if there is one and if not it's just up to you really. If the trait is really good extract and sell that. If the trait is meh but the gear is good sell it on a lithograph
Yeah, but is it worth making the lilograph instead of extracting a trait? Lot of the lilograph are so much more then a trait extract... Also scuffed af game that they didn't add the blue ink... what in the actual f
Apparently bots were abusing blue ink somehow so they took em out, it's only worth making a lithograph for 3k+ lucent imo because you only can get enough ink for 2 lithographs per week. Other than that I typically just extract the trait or feed it into gear I'm wearing
Crafting items makes you zero lucent. It costs you lucent to buy the liithograoh to craft the item, you can make lucent off an item by receiving it as a drop and turning it into a lithograph. You could change the traits of something by lithographing and crafting again but there are more efficient ways to respec a weapon
@ rip the 3 lithos I crafted before I watched this video. I can’t get a blue to drop let alone get something 3 times to use them lol. I wanted to make 3 staffs. You saved me a lot of time and hustle. 😁👍
It is dumb, and the only reason you would put something on a lithograph would be to sell it, meaning that the only way you are crafting something is if you buy a lithograph off of the auction house. It's a very dumb system I agree
Absolute worst crafting system ever designed in any RPG. My only regret about this game is the 100 bucks i spent on the gold package. Normally i approach most games with the idea that i will buy whatever value packs they have at launch as sort of a payment for their time making the game. Its very rare i feel the money was wasted, this is one of them.
I only spent 30 I think, and got plenty of my money worth out of the game. I enjoy the mass guild pvp more than I thought I would so I see myself still putting in a considerable amount of time into throne, I've got a dozen other games fighting for my attention so throne and liberty might end up getting left behind eventually
The most over developed convoluted system I've ever seen lol. I'm sitting here trying to figure out the game and they gotta do a whole bunch of bulls*** to make the game even more confusing.😂😂😂 It's pretty though.
The crafting system should be labeled the lucent system of something because crafting implies you can create something from resources but in reality you can only craft something by spending lucent
@FringePatriotGaming that's a big issue for me. One thing that really that's a big deal for me in MMOs is how good their crafting system is. Even the names of the items make playing the game difficult. I really like ESO and WoWs crafting system. Simple and easy to understand. This game's crafting system seems to have been made difficult intentionally. And yeah Lucents do have a hand in everything although with the amount of detail, the amount of work it took to develop the game and the costs of future development and maintaining servers I'll give them a pass especially since the game is free to own and free to play. I think a game that's been developed this much and looks this good should have had a price tag with fewer microtransaction opportunities, but it's an Asian MMO, gambling and microtransactions is their lifeblood
rare enchanted ink is removed from the game. its the only thing missing for crafting blue stuff. game is over two weeks out and you literally still cant craft. totally absurd
Even with blue enchanted ink you would have to put the item into the blank lithograph all the same wouldn't you? Meaning you need the drop to craft the drop, which you wouldn't do. The only time you would craft something is if you bought the lithograph off the auction house is the argument I'm making
I appreciate this comment. One of my main priorities when making videos is to get the necessary information out as quickly as possible. No need to drag out details to 8 minutes what can be explained in 3
Nah this stoopid aka Pay2Win kinda (for PVE it dont matter) But likr Rare vs Epic. They got 70 Str/40Dex and all that shit while with Rare im stuck at 30/30/10/30
Brutal, have you tried farming sanctum of desire or saurodoma yet? I have made 3k+ lucent from those the past 24 hours which helped me fill out more purple gear.
Wait, but if you need the item to craft the lithograph, and you need the lithograph to craft the item, how does one get the fucking shit... Chicken and the egg..... The ring I want can only be obtained from crafting...
The only way is to receive it as a drop or through a crate like the contract token purple bags or public dungeon purple bags. That's the entire point of this video is that there essentially is no crafting system in this game, the only use for crafting would be to make a lithograph that you bought off the auction house
I'm assuming it will get dropped from a monster that isn't out yet or that it might come out of the chests you can craft from the jewler for those dungeon tokens or abyssal contract tokens. But idk what ring you are talking about so I can't say for sure
@@FringePatriotGaming I'm wanting the Amber Dimensional Band Says the only way to get it is crafting, but there are a few on the auction house.... I'll see what's in the chests, maybe that's it..
@christopherrector7461 I believe that requires the one token you can craft from the orbs you get from dungeons. 10 orbs from each dungeon is 1 token which should make that chest, check the jewler in stoneguard in the chest tab. If I remember correctly the amber one should be choosable or the sapphire one
Why is no one showing it ? It's the sixth video I am watching of someone saying "oh yeah, do that" but not showing all the process. It is said on the litograph right before you obtain it that it's an unsellable item, why is that ? Can you show all the process from crafting the litograph to selling it plz ?
I can explain it to you, 99% of loot you get can not be traded directly on the auction house. Instead you must either A. Extract the trait ( these can be sold) or B. Put the item onto a lithograph ( these can br sold) the reason I didn't put the chest piece onto that lithograph was because it was not worth selling the chest piece. Especially considering you only can get enough ink for two lithographs per week. If I hit accept when I was on the screen where the chest was about to be put on the lithograph, it would get turned into a slip of paper ( essentially a recipe for someone to use) which I then could have sold. Hope this helped
@@FringePatriotGaming I got the answer from someone else, it's just a visual bug, the auction house icon is grayed out when you click on the lithograph before crafting it but at the end, you can sell it.
Well that blows, so I have a ton of mats but haven't got gear, you cannot get gear unless you have gear and based on loot distribution pools, you have to have gear to do max dps or heals so you can get gear.......this seems like a really crappy system...

I brought a purple lithograph now no idea how to sell it
You should be able to sell it on the auction house? I'm not 100% sure what you mean by you bought a purple lithograph
@@FringePatriotGaming I brought a blank purple lithograph I had accessories leveled up but they not coming up I guess I need a accessory that's not been leveled up
@@darrenkbrown22 correct. Lithographs only can be used on gear that hasn't been leveled or added to at all. Kind of lame because it would be a good way to recycle gear we aren't using into lucent
Idk if I missed you mentioning but, what’s the point of making the Lithographs?
The only reason you would make a lithograph is to sell it was kind of my overall point. I don't think I explicitly said it but since you can't craft armor you want to wear without a lithograph which comes from owning the armor you want then the only reason you would make something a lithograph is to sell it
@@FringePatriotGaming that sounds dumb as hell for the game to even have that. Cus isn’t selling the base armor netting you more money anyway? So confused why this method thing even exists
@@HerrscherOfDead only very rarely can you sell the base armor? The only thing you can sell is the trait extracted from that armor, which can't be worn or anything the extracts just get fed into gear to boost that gears current traits. Lithographs are the only reliable way to sell gear between people but they still have to craft it. Basically the entire games crafting system is just an extra step they make you take to sell gear. You can't actually craft gear, hopefully I'm making sense sorry I've been up for over 24 hours by now I'm not entirely sure I'm making sense
@@FringePatriotGaming AHHHHH ok no, you articulated it perfectly now. I was not aware not all gear was sellable. Only started les than a week ago tryna play catchup learning a bunch of new things. In that case i understand why they exist. Appreciate you explaining it all out to me. I'll drop a sub cus it seems like you know what you're talkin about and im tryna learn.
Am I missing something here? In order to craft something, I have to own that item first? :D So why would I craft it if I already bought it
You can rarely buy the item flat out. Only if someone crafted an item and it was a great success. Typically if you were buying an item on the auction house you would buy a lithograph that you would then craft. To answer your question you aren't missing anything, the point is you wouldn't craft and can't craft anything without you or someone you bought it from having got it. It's a stupid system the crafting system only feeds into the p2w system
@@FringePatriotGaming damn… :( thanks for explaining it!
i guess you take some good drop armor/weapons you dont need, turn it into a lithograph, sell it on the market for lucent to buy the lithograph you DO need.
It’s so dam freaking dumb how you gotta do so many things just to craft something and one of them includes actual money.
The crafting system is ass imo, the should at least allow like the resistance set to be crafted
Yea i got to level 50 and quite it's pathetic i couldn't even craft 1 peice blue gear the while time and now impossible to craft purple what a waste of time
@ShinigamiFrost yea its a joke def only fun if u got money
@@jonathanbiller2029 not true I'm 2400 power and currently have 3000 lucent from selling traits never spent a cent lol.
@@pkdsince05I only discovered trait extraction yesterday yeah I already sold 2 items 😂 I get a crossbow with crit chance I would never use this item but the trait sell instant for 200
I have a qus, I've got a purple armor from a bag drop, now normally when I try to check the price for example I go to extract trait and see the market price from there but when I try to do the same with that armor the auction option doesn't show. So now I'm confused. Will I be able to sell that armor even if I turn it into a lithograph or am I just better off selling it. Can u help if you know.
So pointless to craft it unless it makes lucent? Be no point in me wanting the item unless I wana change all traits.
You can't get blue enchanted ink, its bugged..
@@saiyanhub156 brutal, it would be a decent way to start trying to cap traits on gear
@@FringePatriotGaming Yup, apparently bots were abusing rare enchanted ink for lucent I believe
but isn't that so dumb? you need the item to make a litograph than make the item again? what is the reason for that xD I dont understand it
It is dumb, and the only reason you would put something on a lithograph would be to sell it, meaning that the only way you are crafting something is if you buy a lithograph off of the auction house.
So after you get this you cant just craft any pruple item thats pointless its just based on pay to win then
Correct the crafting system feeds the pay to win and you can't craft without spending lucent
I can't craft epic it show no applicable item
kind of redundant to need the item to be able to craft the item
Purposefully redundant. Worst system I've ever seen they should have named it something else. It's not a crafting system
rare enchanted ink is removed from the game. its the only thing missing for crafting blue stuff. game is over two weeks out and you literally still cant craft. totally absurd
Even with blue enchanted ink you would have to put the item into the blank lithograph all the same wouldn't you? Meaning you need the drop to craft the drop, which you wouldn't do. The only time you would craft something is if you bought the lithograph off the auction house is the argument I'm making
But I agree blue ink still being locked is insane they need to get a fix out asap
thx bro
Hopefully it helped clear up any possible confusion
the goat for explaining fast
I appreciate this comment. One of my main priorities when making videos is to get the necessary information out as quickly as possible. No need to drag out details to 8 minutes what can be explained in 3
damn thats so sad. and bad news. the only good thing is you didnt waste our time and direct about it. thank you
I gotchu
welp this just killed the game for me and i just started 3 days go and got to lvl 31.
@@ThatGamingHer0 it's a terrible system that's for sure. It really highlights the problems that the game has with systems outside of gvg pvp
Nah this stoopid aka Pay2Win kinda (for PVE it dont matter)
But likr Rare vs Epic.
What ring
I'm assuming it will get dropped from a monster that isn't out yet or that it might come out of the chests you can craft from the jewler for those dungeon tokens or abyssal contract tokens. But idk what ring you are talking about so I can't say for sure
@@FringePatriotGaming I'm wanting the Amber Dimensional Band
Says the only way to get it is crafting, but there are a few on the auction house....
@azoranaoya6882 ohhhh I see what you were asking now. Worried about wasting a blank lithograph haha, yeah that would suck
Well that blows, so I have a ton of mats but haven't got gear, you cannot get gear unless you have gear and based on loot distribution pools, you have to have gear to do max dps or heals so you can get gear.......this seems like a really crappy system...
It's the worst system I've ever seen in an mmo
So... I can craft only items the I already have...?
Yes this is making so much sense.. Why would i ever want to craft something if I already freaking got it?!
I'm not angry at you, only at this stupid game mechanic.
How the hell am I suppose to get better gear than? Only by paying real money to purchase from the Auction House?
Here I am, lvl 44, playing because I thought this game can actually be playable without real money....
Paying real money or getting drops that you sell to earn lucent are the only logical ways you would partake in the crafting system. So yeah you have to buy a lithograph with lucent, The whole system is trash you are right. They shouldn't even call it "crafting"
@@FringePatriotGaming Well, the upside of this is at least now I understand it lmao...
So thanks for that.
@gigos2 yeah that's basically how I felt when I finally dug into the system and found out how bad it is haha
Absolutely way too involved and way too complicated. Having the AH operate with currency that requires real dollars is also trash even if the game is free to play. The stuff you craft has less than 5% drop rate too so farming takes FOREVER unless you’re really lucky.
I've been trying to farm shadow gauntlets from temple of slaughter to boost mine for about two weeks now its insane and annoying that I only get 3 rolls per day. There is a ton wrong with this game but the gvg battles are more fun than I was anticipating so imma at least play it through the expansion. On Korean servers they say that's when the game really opened up
What a massively trash system.
It's the least fun crafting system I've played that is for sure
This is no trash bro this called balanced you don’t want all the people full with items from the first day i mean…..
No you just suck
Its P2W Mild bro... grinding is life😂😂😂
@@thanos1852 sry but there are better methods to make this happen this is just the worst possible choice you wanna craft your item? Oh then you need tk have that item already like how the actual F do I even get it then
Easily the worst crafting system ever, in any game, simply trash.
I agree, It's pointless calling it crafting they should call it something else.
Literally the worst crafting system I have ever seen in a game.Makes me want to stop playing the game.for real. Its ridiculous !!
It's really bad and it's fundamentally bad which means there is no fixing it. I don't mind how the game works and how it's like an out flow of items for lucent which you can use to inflow what you need but yeah they shouldn't call it a crafting system. Either way, brighter shores in 5 days. Not everyone's cup of tea but that's a mmo I'm looking forward to. I'll do throne for some gvg pvp but I'm much more excited to grind some brighter shores
its a terrible system that they did to force pay to win
100% it works out nice that you can earn lucent with the system that you can feed into getting gear you want but yeah it's annoying, not to mention the enchanted ink is time gated like everything else
So in order to craft an item, I already need to have the item? What kind of boomer designed this? Oh you want an entry level job I need 15years of experience NERD!
Haha I'm dying, you nailed it. And yeah the system is terrible. It's not just crafting that is bad either but also "skilling" if you want to call it that with fishing and cooking is such a slap job. However I enjoyed the guild based pvp more than I thought I would so I'm going to keep grinding it for a while. But to be honest if I didn't like gvg I would have no reason to continue playing
@@FringePatriotGaming I haven't done any of the cooking or fishing yet I'm level 36 🤣 it just didn't seem fun so I've ignored it. Main quest has been fun so far.
@TheFixer710 Smart, they are incredibly bare bones. I like fishing but it's nothing special and Cooking is stupid at first but gets a bit better the further you go. But in comparison to mmos that I'm used to with real skilling systems, like runescape, this system is laughable.
@@FringePatriotGaming ah yeah RuneScape that takes me back. I do like the graphics of this game and the spells feel I'm playing a staff wand mage, I figured I would be doing most of the game solo so I wanted survivability + damage. Plus I'm laboring under the assumption that the devs will eventually increase the level cap.
I hope they update this bs cause this is terrible
this game gonna be dead soon
I feel that way as well the only reason I think we are wrong is I still am putting a stupid amount of hours into this game even with the blatant problems
Pay to win........
Correct
another pay to win game smh lol who will actually grind this
Min maxing is 100% pay to win or a tedious grind for rng drops to earn lucent. I like the guild pvp more than i thought but the p2w sucks and the time gating sucks and some of the metas are broken (crossbows/wand aoe 20 second sleep)
Trash crafting system! Even the name of the scroll is stupid. Lithograph! Wtf does that even mean lol!
When are these greedy devs gonna learn by making the gears almost impossible to get, their players are just gonna drop the game and move on to another one?
such a stupid system
It's terrible
