Thanks for this video! I'm a Jeet Kune Do practitioner and Bruce Lee loved fencing's footwork that he incorporated it in his JKD principles. I kind of struggle with the flexibility of this footwork so need to train more, even if I'm not a heavy guy and can generally move fast. Will follow this.
So to prepare for the just held Vet World Championships (where I won the WE Vet 70) I used a lot of your ideas in my near daily footwork drills - especially footwork involving change of direction. So again many thanks -- any ideas of how to lengthen my lunge? I noticed that over the years it has gotten progressively shorter. But in any event thanks for this and all your other videos!
Man, this is pretty awesome! I'm excited to give this a shot tomorrow. By the way, just two bits of feedback, I'd like to see more timestamps for ease of use. Also a listed summary of all the drills in the end could help too!
cool; very impressive! That's what I've been waiting for for a long time on youtube, among other things: exercise suggestions for footwork from an active World Cup fencer. On the occasion a question; do you know J. Harmenberg's "Epee 2.0" or "2.5"? I would be very happy about an answer! 🤺😃 Best regards from West-Germany!

I wouldn't call it "bouncing footwork." It looks like you mean "continuous movement" or "shadow fencing" (like shadow boxing). Bouncing = bad (imo)
