    The fan diameter is 11 ft 2 inches, not roughly 13 feet. Do your research.

    In space, there is no weight, but in atmosphere, there is... so space motors designed for SSTO type craft will be utterly massive, and defy all explanation.
    And the ships are made of cast steel. Like a tank, or a re-entry capsule... Hopefully.
    I tested a plasma jet one time inside a decommissioned nuclear submarine... and although alarms began to blare, and the heat permeated the superstructure... it was a successful test, and everyone survived.
    Compared to the development and testing of the V2 rocket, which probably injured a lot of scientists.

    Nothing good is going to come from batteries at the current technology we just hurt the environment more building batteries same outcome as Tesla
