@@reneelancaster8714 I agree! I'm integrating fabric into my stash that I inherited from a friend and auditioning backing fabric for the project. I found one piece that was perfect, but alas, it was too small. I don't get the backing fabric add-on because I really need to use my stash for the backs of these projects. Although, I saw another piece that WAS big enough but decided not to use because it was too nice for back that wouldn't be seen. Conundrums!
i got the pedal pad a few months a go in a SC box and I love it. My pedal still moves but that's on me and how I kick my legs back and forth. This looks like such a fun box. I don't tend to gravitate to muted earth tones but that colour palette looks so nice together and the pattern just looks like it'll work so well.
@@fredmakesthings I was just trying out the Open Gate and Sewers Club monthly subscription boxes since May but I love the projects so much and they have been inspiring my sewing mojo so much that I've decided to fit them into my budget. I'm also going to save up and get the Open Gate 12 day Christmas Box again and try out the 12-day Bella Rose Advent Box for 2025. This was the first year that Bella Rose did a box and I watched an opening and she had a number of projects in her box too. I like the boxes with projects.
Thank you for sharing! Just amazing project for the winter!

This will be a great large project after Christmas. Thanks for sharing this December box.
@@BettyCorke It surely will and I can see making more in other color combinations too.
