You are far more organized than I think I will ever be. i have a monthly planner template that I made on my Remarkable and a to do list and that's about it. I do take photos of a lot of stuff I make but I've never thought to swatch or memorialize them.

@@fredmakesthings My daughter, who is a digital guru, saw my lists and notebooks and said they made her head hurt. LOL. Everyone has a different thing that works for them and it changes throughout your life depending on how much time you have and what your other life obligations entail. I like to see what others are doing and then incorporate what I think will work for me.

oh wow! You are so organised! I just have photos on my laptop of things I've, they aren't even organised well. I did lose a lot of photos on another laptop a few years ago. I do write a to do list each day but with only three things on it and I write a list at the start of the year with what I want to accomplish & refer back to that each month. You have me thinking now...

@@threadmybobbin Thinking is good! LOL. I've been having a lot of fun changing how I track projects and document things. This past year, I've gone back to previous project documentation to get measurements for my son's camp table so I could make him more stuff. The more details and thoughts that I put in there, the more it helps me in the future for making the same kind of project. At least that's what I'm finding. I'm also wishing that I had put more information on some of the projects, so I'm reassessing that aspect. Do what works for you!
