hello, afther hair transplant i'm using topical finasteride on the receving area of the trasplant. I started the topical finasteride from the second month (at 61 days) of the hair trasplant. the alcol inside topical fin can burn implanted grafts ?
I just wanted to share my journey . Others might relate to my experience .
Video starts at 4:49
I wanna know what the placebo group was getting to achieve a significant improvement lol
The likelihood of that happening is so low, I'm kinda doubting the report.
I kind of speculate they were all also on fin tbh
Or the power of belief can make your hair grow? lmao
We are all gonna end up with a shiny head
I wonder if the placebo group used other hairloss drugs without informing the investigators?
Hey Matt, any ideas on breezula and people saying that it loses efficacy after 6 months?
You can't expect linear improvements from Breezula on a monthly basis unlike with Finasteride or Minoxidil. Of course it will have its peak efficacy like Minoxidil has (4-6 months), Finasteride (12-24 months) and other treatments. For Breezula it might be between 6 and 12 months. After that, the gains you get will only be maintained. In the studies on breezula between month 6 and month 12, the hair growth assessment improved slightly in all treatment groups which means that treated patients were slightly better off on the 12. month mark compared to 6. month mark. Also target area hair count got better in 2 treatment groups on the 12. month mark compared to 6. In 2 groups the hair count increase compared to baseline was less at 12. month mark compared to 6. month mark. So maybe breezula loses the efficacy to produce new hairs between 6-12 month mark compared to baseline, but we can't say that it loses the efficacy to maintain this new hair for years after that + prevents rest of the existing hair from falling out, because it is not what the study showed.
Is this something that can still be effective for maintenance?
I’m just looking to maintain and not lose further hair, I can get a HT once the loss has stabilised and I’m okay with that. This seems safe to help you stay where you are? Is CB the same?
Hello bro , hope everything is okay with you
Am a big fan of ur channel and i wanna ask you a question cause i need an experienced answer please ...i had a hair transplant surgery 6 and half months and i have a low density in the left corner of my hair .. doctor told me to wait until 9 months to see the final result buy am a little bit frustrated and i feel that that area won't get better .
The question is : is that case normally happens with many patients ? Does really density and hair popping extend till 9 months or thats just a scientific articles and researches ?
Thanks for having me on ur channel here really🙏 .
Wtf is the left corner? Are you referring to the left side of your front hairline..?
Also, it’s been 9 months now right..? How’s your hair doing, has it gotten better or worse since you left the comment.
Another proof that hair transplant is not suitable for everyone, your clinic sucks and didn't told you that result were going to be shitty and were after your money..
Hi matt you said your now on topical finasteride was you getting side effects off oral meaning you switched
Sir is there any problem if i move my transplanted hairs ( after 2.5 months) from hairline to backward. i need to do this while washing and also sometimes i use my fingers to move hairs slowly to backward. will this ruin my results. if so what is the problem behind this?
How many needles do you use in your cartilage for micro needling
I would also like to know! So many options for needles and I can’t figure which seems to be the optimal choice for hair.

It doesn’t improve the hair count but how is it at preventing hair loss cuz I have pretty good density but I just need something to assist with the Finestride I’m taking
Thanks for the info !!!!
Thanks god i chose to switch to oral dutasteride to get my extra regrowth instead of waiting for pyrilutamide.
Such a disappointing news about pyrilutamide.....
What if adherence issue?
Is PRP much needed after transplanted grade 3??
There is absolutely no treatment in the pipeline in the next 10 years

Im using redensyl for 2 months.. i bought a minoxidil and started to apply in night and redesyl at morning. Within 2 days of application i found my hairs are getting falling.. is that any problem? Or stay with process?
2 months is early for minoxidil. Shedding is a good sign, so keep on with it for at least 6 months.. and don't know if Redenysl will do anything for your hair.
Hey Matt , i am using finastride from past 6 months 0.5 mg every other day and till now i didn't got any result , should i stop using finastride or i should continue?
Continue. it will prevent further hairloss
Hey mett in India the finasteride is available in tropical 0.1 concentration so what should be the ideal dosage for this
It's over for currycels
@@anonymous-qm6plwhat?
Well good news, 2nd week on it. No side effects and very happy no more hair loss noticed. Off finasteride for 3 weeks and using rosemary oil, shampoo and conditioner rosemary based
I use laser treatment too. The only negative is price $105 per 60 ml not that easy to accept. I will keep trying and taking pictures to see evolution or progress. Now I believe I am getting happier. Now no more hair loss. Finally a good product. Again Minoxidilmax charge $105 per 60 ml and it is too expensive.
get shaving cream and razor sub ready as well, its gonna be needed for you very soon.
@@saellenx3528well thank you for your reply but I’m getting very good response. No hair falls after 1 st week
And in 6 months I will have an idea if ineffective. Thanks
This is my almost 60 days and very happy with my trial. No hair loss and off dutasteride and finasteride topical. My goal 3 months and see if growth comes. If no more hair loss that is the drug for me. So far stopped hair loss and monitoring for growth
@@petesantana7302 mother of all shedding is gonna start very soon indeed. Report back in 6 months. I am curious to which Norwood Stage you regressed.

Topical finasteride review? are you still on it?
yeah, will post an update by the end of this year!
Ouch 🤕🤕🤕
Hey Matt , i am using finastride from past 6 months 0.5 mg every other day and till now i didn't got any result , should i stop using finastride or i should continue? Plz reply 🙃🙂
IMHO. Your dosage and length of time on fin aren’t enough to see improvement. Stay on fin that dose for a year to be more certain if it’s working or not, In hindsight you would know by now if you’re a responder if were at .5-1mg everyday.
Also fin is best used in conjunction with minoxidil, fin by itself won’t regrow a lot of hair It will just prevent further loss
Hello Matt l am 17 years old and have very aggressive thinning l am on finasteride since 2 months but hairloss still progressing now l am using minoxidil plus topical fin 2.5% and oral fin alternate days but still nothing happening I was so depressed please help me😭
2 months is nothing, give it atleast a year
You need to use the whole kitchen sink,
Add: Topical Rosemary, Alphatradiol topically, occasional Microneedling topically, Peppermint Oil topically, generally essential oils are good topically, Ketoconazole shampoo, herbal shampoo
Internally Zinc, Selenium, Ashwagandha, Tyrosin, Iodine, Magnesium, Iron, Potassium, B12, Protein Powder, Silica, Biotin, B-Vitamin Complex, Omega 3, D3, K2, Boron, Inositol, Vegetables, Animal Products, Collagen Powder, Glycine, NAC, Taurine, Copper, trace minerals complex, regular hydration, hyaluronic, Q10, Turmeric, Ginkgo Ginseng, Saw Palmetto, Rosemary, Nettles etc.
limit sugar and carbs
Keep Stress at a minimim and make sure to sleep well and regularly, if you workout, keep plastering yourself with topicals and don't overtrain
Other than that transplant or idk
buddy get on dut 0.5 mg 1 a day if ur 17 and expeirencing thinning. Oral fin> topical
@@BitZapple bro thank you but I am diagnosed as anemia due to vitamin B12 deficiency . My doctor is very dumb 😒 he can't identify that and put me on topical fin
The results correlate with user results on Reddit
can you do a review on the product neofolic lotion?
utterly waste of money, main ingredient is adenosine, is only good for female pattern hair loss, won't do anything for men
Kintor scammed the entire hair loss community.
I think it’s easy to say that we got scammed. I don’t think it’s a scam, I think they tried but they failed. Whether it’s their drug or their research methods, something went wrong
At least they're putting drugs to trial
How did they scam anyone? The drug isn’t even out yet.
@@meltedsnowman9637it’s sold online
yeah, more than half a year ago I already saw someone talking on internet that it's a scam, the head of the company was selling his shares.Never had much hope on it
Just so you know, no statistical significance is anything bellow over 0.05, wich is the arbitrary standard for this kind of studies. That means, that the study could very well have p=0.051, with is as a study with no statistical significance. So, that doesnt mean results with placebo and KX-826 are very similar (it could be tho), just that it doesnt reach the cientific standards to have validity. That being said, the wording of"TAHC improvement at all visit points, with no statistical significance" makes me think its way better than placebo, but who knows. Maybe the 12 month clinical trial will report better results! Regardless of that, very bad news.
But because Placebo performed well it does not take away the fact that Pyrilutamide also performed well. At the end of the day you are massaging something into your scalp 2x a day which by default will relieve scalp tension caused by DHT & you are promoting blood flow. So you were bound to see positive effects with Placebo as long as you weren’t putting anything irritating in the placebo. But because it’s placebo I feel you will inevitably hit a plateau versus the Pyrilutamide will likely remain effective regardless of time because of its chemical structure
His accent is funny. Where is he from?
Poland I believe
Germany
Another fizzer.
The formulated liquid is to dence to get down into the scalp properly, this mean more of the serm set on top on the scalp.
They need to formulate is for oral consumption at 2.5 or 5%.
are u dense? Is an anti-androgen and is extremely potent at that. It will nuke our testosterone, and present the most severe sexual side effects known to mankind.
Systemic absorption of an anti androgen doesn't seem like a good idea to me
You can't take this kind of drug orally, you will die.
