    Thank you!!! This really worked for me! :) My mesh's arms are kind of skinny and I think that I still have to play around the weight paint and the rotation influence, but it's already a huge change

    well bezier bones are good but reducing twist straight from the elbow difficult without at least one non twist bone..

    Yeah this didnt work at all. All it did was erase my weight paint in my fore arm... What am I missing? The twist bones arent affecting my mesh at all even though I put deform ON

      What he skipped was you need to clear your vertex groups on the mesh and unparent it from the rig. Then reparent it to the rig with automatic weights
