  • The future respects the traditions of the House of Noale which has long been renowned for its innovation and distinctive character. With its sporty personality and stunning contemporary lines, the RS 660 brings the winning Aprilia track experience to the road. Its unique design shapes a lightweight, compact bike with sleek, agile volumes. Delivering stability at high speeds, it is all about creating a fun, pleasurable riding experience. The RS 660 draws on the winning Aprilia expertise to introduce new standards to its category. The top-of-the-range chassis creates a truly dynamic riding experience with its uniquely-constructed lightweight aluminium frame and swingarm optimising weight distribution. The RS 660 boasts the latest APRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control) package of electronic controls. This advanced inertial six-axis navigation system uses internal gyroscopes and acceleration sensors to understand the engine’s status as it relates to the road in real time and provide instant adjustments to help improve performance and safety. The Aprilia RS 660 is a heavy hitter in the middleweight supersport category, delivering serious muscle to the class in terms of performance and versatility. It’s not only more practical than the howling inline-four 600s in terms of overall flexibility and comfort, but goes for the same entertainment value and knife-edge sharpness of the replica racers it competes against.
The RS is powered by a liquid-cooled 659cc parallel-twin engine that’s been heavily influenced by Aprilia’s RSV4 1100 superbike. As Kevin Cameron explained in great detail, engineers chopped the rear cylinders off the existing V-4 engine, increased the stroke of the remaining cylinders, and tuned the new powerplant for a balance of performance and versatility. This bike is all stock. And like all our bikes will be fully serviced, inspected and detailed at the time you take delivery. See this and other great deals at www.cyclehunters.com

Very beautiful bike, I would definitely buy one, if only they weren't as expensive, but I understand why, because you are paying for quality and a well made machine, I loved that 2000 ZX6R you guys had at one time, I love all vintage sportbikes in general, I hope that you guys get some more older sportbikes in, that would be very cool

I need to give it a rip. It just snowed the other day. I wanna have the roads a little bit more cleaned off before I go.

    Specific question,
How does this compare to a 1999 Honda VFR-800?
    Ergonomically, etc...

Lol that's a tough one. VFR is more comfortable I'm sure.

@CycleHunters I ask because I wanted the R$660, but the VFR seems like the complete package.
After a week of riding, I got very comfortable on it. Now I'm hoping that raising the handles won't take away all of that forward lean..
Amazing what a week can do..
