It was never the job of the special council to bring charges. This also doesn’t address obstruction or rather intent to obstruct which based on reports from within the WH exist.

If Mueller says yes, then democrats need to start impeachment to attempt to remove a felon from office, along with the other related issues to obstruct their oversight. They can certainly use the evidence gathered in the investigation as legitimate cause to remove the president, but he must be removed first then once he's a private citizen he can be brought to trial.

I hope Congress can pass some new laws to prevent a lot of the issues Trump has brought up during his administration. This would involve mandatory release of tax returns, clearer definition of emoluments and the requirement to put ones business into a blind trust, and laws against calling for violence against political opponents.

@@BenGrem917 No its just some of us know Federal Code , over half the 700 prosecutors on that list either have been disbarred or reprimanded at some point for prosecutorial overreach or violating chains of evidence (not excluding failing to give evidence to contrary of case which is a violation of candor to the tribunal) , So 700 out of 9000 is a small percentage and out of those names over 90% were Dem donors which makes it suspect . A good majority of the country is Center Right not extreme either way and very few are completely neutral . I’m in the military, if I said I read some DOD regulations, without specifying which one, I would get laughed out the room. Finally, I have absolutely no idea why you’re even talking about “beyond a reasonable doubt” with regard to obstruction, because Mueller purposely did not make a traditional prosecutorial decision for this very reason and the other reasons laid out in the report. Dude, I know you want to sound intelligent by writing a lot and references/regulations/literature you know nothing about, but it’s all in vain because any objective observer can see you have not read the report. PLEASE JUST READ THR REPORT. Actually just read the first 10 pages of volume 2. For the first time in my life, I changed my voter registration and chose a party. I've been "undeclared" politically all my life, have voted for third party candidates in the past, along with members of either party. Not again. I will never again vote for any republican who supports the criminal-in-chief and his minions. I'm now a registered Democrat, because I want to be able to vote in the primaries. There was no “collusion” which is what dems were forcefully pushing for 2 years, and when it came out that that didnt happen they turn to the “obstruction” but its impossible to obstruct justice when no crime was committed. If Mueller says yes, then democrats need to start impeachment to attempt to remove a felon from office, along with the other related issues to obstruct their oversight. Political considerations are second to enforcing the law. Voters will make up their mind in 2020 regardless if he is still fit for office for another 4 years since its unlikely the Senate will convict the president.

They can certainly use the evidence gathered in the investigation as legitimate cause to remove the president, but he must be removed first then once he's a private citizen he can be brought to trial.

I hope Congress can pass some new laws to prevent a lot of the issues Trump has brought up during his administration. This would involve mandatory release of tax returns, clearer definition of emoluments and the requirement to put ones business into a blind trust, and laws against calling for violence against political opponents.
There are laws in place now protecting ALL Americans from the invasion of privacy of being forced to reveal tax returns publicly ... There are also laws in place for calling people to violence against anyone, including public figures ... Not sure what more laws tut are looking for

I would argue that obstruction of justice is a severe example of conflict of interest and being so, the mere appearance if obstruction should be illegal. The president should bent over backwards NOT to so much as whisper about the investigation: but he did the exact opposite. @@BenGrem917 No its just some of us know Federal Code , over half the 700 prosecutors on that list either have been disbarred or reprimanded at some point for prosecutorial overreach or violating chains of evidence (not excluding failing to give evidence to contrary of case which is a violation of candor to the tribunal) , So 700 out of 9000 is a small percentage and out of those names over 90% were Dem donors which makes it suspect . A good majority of the country is Center Right not extreme either way and very few are completely neutral . There are somethings Trump does that irks me he is not perfect no man is but taking law advice from some one who is disbarred should give you cause for asking yourself what can cause one to get disbarred . It takes some sever things including lying on you admittance forms.

Self Protection because you believe your being wrongfully accused is a metric in determining causality of a potential which creates reasonable doubt . Remember the Jury and Grand Jury are asked to consider all probability beyond a Reasonable Doubt . The Meghan issue is a misnomer because as Barr said in open Testimony had Mueller been Fired Rosenstein would have hired a new SC to take over it would not have killed the investigation. So there is no real obstruction and Firing for Conflict of interest due to the hiring of some people such as Strzok and Paige could warrant the action. However Meghan made a mountain out of a mole hill and he is known for doing that . Further more in Volume 2 it said that numerous contacts were made but the Campaign never took them up on any offer . Wait for Horowitz this week I think your going to see some indictiments coming out Dems wont like . And from a law perspective there were numerous laws broken inclusing Espionage laws during the 2016 election and some in the 2012 and 2018 as well I hope we find all the bad actors on either side and flush them . I’m in the military, if I said I read some DOD regulations, without specifying which one, I would get laughed out the room.
Finally, I have absolutely no idea why you’re even talking about “beyond a reasonable doubt” with regard to obstruction, because Mueller purposely did not make a traditional prosecutorial decision for this very reason and the other reasons laid out in the report.

I've been "undeclared" politically all my life, have voted for third party candidates in the past, along with members of either party. Not again.
