I remember the 90es, Slalom performance, braking distance... as if any of there were relevant. All cars had shitty performance and nobody was going to drive them in such ways.
For stupid ignorant people those tests meant nothing. But this Prelude is one of the best cars ever made for handling and Touge. Still irrelevant for stupid ignorant people...
I still want this car
All I'm missing is 4ws. I do want the 2.2 L
For how long now?
I still own this car
Used to have a 94' prelude no 4ws and auto trans, the dashboard was awesome looked like a spaceship
Would look decent today and better than many. Still love this car.
Four wheel steering all thew way back in early 90's before it was cool.
7.8 seconds 0-60 for a 4 cylinder automatic transmission car was good back in that time and would’ve been considered fast.
Any Honda coupes with an automatic transmission is a tragedy
The lot heavier Mercedes 560 SL convertible stopped in 101 feet.
What size are the brakes and rotors on the Mercedes vs the tiny rotors and single piston calipers on the Prelude? 😅😅😅
@@elmayimbe_the_amateur_mechanicstopping distance is all about brake pad surface area and tire compound/size.

The tests were nothing but squealing tires, hitting cones, and then the host yammering on about how it doesn’t handle as well as it should lol
plenty of them have good performance, especially with how bloated and cheaply made cars are nowadays

car name is (in the front) or the exercise car 🚗 Honda 😹📸🤷♂️
I love this Honda Prelude, great and nice car
