Congratulations on hitting those goals! Theres not a better feeling than investing our time into ourselves for the better ❤ You're so right about time management, the way you described it was too relatable. My goals for this year: 1. Logging my food to stay under my calorie count (Im also using the LoseIt app) 2. Stay consistent with working out 5 days a week ( at least 30 min cardio, and PT stretches/workouts) 3. Having a closer relationship with God (studying scriptures, trusting, & praying more)❤ Loving this type of content Christina, get it girl 💪🏃♀️🏋♀️🤸♀️🥵😊🙏
Good morning okay Meg dinner looks great tell her she did a great job … my goals for this year is just to save money, stay out of target so much & to show up for myself … u do so good w/ working out girl after day 3 I give up 😩
Girl, dinner tasted amazing! And I feel you on staying out of Target…it’s so hard! 🤣 Those are great goals. It took me a while to get here too but I do it more for my mental health than my physical. You’ll get back into it … remind yourself that it’s great for managing our PCOS symptoms too. You’ve got this!
I have to get back to my bible study that needs to become nonnegotiable for me even though I’m doing it it’s not everyday . I did Pilates for the first time Tuesday and OMG the challenge,! I have to go back Sometimes we need that moment to gather ourselves the first week or so
I’m reading the Daily Walk Bible to make reading the entire Bible easier. It’s broken down into 2-4 pages daily. Spiritual growth is a big goal for me in 2025 so I’m right there with the nonnegotiable! Pilates is no joke. I thought it’d be easy, but stretching is harder than lifting weights! 🤣 Totally agree regrouping is so important. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching! What’s one goal you’re working on this year? Share it below. I’d love to hear about it.
