Darrel Eastlake and Barry Sheene - happy and sad to hear those voices again. Thanks for the share!
These videos bring back strong memories
I love the smell of 2 stroke in the morning...it smells like powerband 👍
Hell of a race. When you thought Mick would pull away and dominate again, Rainey never gave up. True heart of lion.
The same heart which took him to his legendary status
This might as well have been Wayne best race ever: he fought against the almighty NSR big bang, and he had never raced in montmelo before, unlike Doohand, who has taken part in an international race in October 91
On Saturday night, after practice, Rainey asked his mechanics to move his right footpeg down and forward by a few millimeters to stop his injured leg from being in-a-bin all the time. That way, he was able to control the bike better and finally fight with Mick. His fastest lap was over a second quicker than his qualifying time! Had they not come up with this, Doohand would've just smoked everyone again that night.
Yeah, it's amazing how dominant Doohan was that season. He was leading by a massive margin prior to his Assen crash, and even then, he didn't cede the championship lead until the final round.
@@TrickyMario7654 Which made me wonder whether Rainey and Schwantz would have won the next two championships if Doohan didn't have his fateful injury.
Mr perfection 💪💪💪
Toujours Shenne, vient de me donner une réponse positive pour le poste de chef de projet ❤️😑
