    This refreshing Apple Cherry Smoothie, is tasty, packed with nutrients, & a perfect way to start your day.
    Yield: 1-2 servings
    Ingredients:
    1 apple (cored & sliced)
    1 c. pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
    1/3 c. yogurt (non-fat)
    1 c. coconut milk
    Directions:
    Combine all ingredients into a blender, process until completely smooth.
    Pour into a glass, & enjoy!
