Stumbled across this video when looking for something to help my spool my new line onto my new reels, really enjoyed it keep up the good work and good luck with the channel buddy. All the best from North Wales UK
Looks like you guys had a good time ! I have some Temu gear and have been ordering from them for several months. Some of it good, some mediocre. No ordering issues, always makes it here. The flimsy rods probably better suited for 1000 size reels for some fun ultralight fishing.
i cant believe you got that off temu im a new fisherman 12 years and would realy like a starter fishing set to get me going love the content keep the grind going
Thanks man for this, I'm looking at Temu atm, thinking about their reels for a couple of my rods, so interesting this subject research, thanks again. Serve you right for bringing the lady with you lol!
I’ve got some good rods and loads of good fishing gear from Temu. You really need to know what your buying. Reels and lures are particularly good if you know what your buying.
Found this video just now, and I can tell you this: I have bought flimsy rod and reel combos years ago from aliexpress. These combos still works fine! I still use a baitcaster combo for ultra light fishing. Also I have bought several rods that also is ok for pearch and zander using 7-25 gr lures. You get what you pay for. I take care of all those cheaper things as I do with my more expensive shimano, daiwa and abu stuff. The aliexpress rods are absolutely fine. They are all fitted with nice line guides, but I think the temu/aliexpress reels are not made to last that long or made to last for heavier fishing. Too many gears made with cheaper plastic inside of them and bad bearings so they may wear out fast. Other than that it was a nice video!
My husband eats, sleeps and breathes catfishing in the Ohio River. We have a barn full of fishing gear. I'm experimenting with Temu. Any advice with a good spinning rod/ reel combo to add to his collection
I just got a couple of their reels. A 10000 size spinning reel and a baitcaster. I'm in the process of upgrading them. Carbonex washers and ceramic hybrid bearings. 😆
When I got into bass fishing my first baitcast reel was that exact brand had it for six Yeats and still going strong I've caught catfish on that thing same colors also black and gold
Im on my 14th order. Great 1000 series spinning reel i rank above my shimano! All lures have been great. 2 rods, 1 medium action tip 1 fast. Terminal tackle is good, and havnt had my cc jacked! Will do much more buisness with them😂
It does kind of oxidise over time tho, it goes a little darker, a little more on the green side, if you have really sweaty hands or greasy fingers and touch brass, they’ll corrode it slightly. But yeah it doesn’t just rust away like fkn mild steel shit does
It’s all a matter of preference but they all do the same thing. I use a lot of reels people say are poor quality and catch lots of fish with no problem with the reels. I enjoy showing up my buddies with the expensive equipment with the cheap stuff.😂😂😂😂
last reel handle that folds are junk. i had similar from temu. 2nd fish it broke at fold point. took handle off one of my better spares and good to go. rest of reel works fine
U mean are the sealed ? Salt prof probably not grease up And go all my early Penn reels weren’t sealed and Iam 64 and still have them I’ve retired them to drift catfish rigs brass drives washers grease and those reels been on more tuna than I can count sandbass halibut
I think there is good and bad of all products. Temu makes everyone scared because of the cheap price. I've gotten good and bad products from temu and Amazon
Cheap aluminium??? All my Soulayigang rods are very decent carbon fibre rods. They seem to be better than most though they do make rods for others who put their own brand in them. There is a video on UA-cam where you can see them being made in their factory.,
Hi, nice video. I enjoyed it. You are a fishing addict like me, but I do not have equipment. Is the offer still available? (give away. I really need it.)
My own personal opinion is if I can help it, I stay away from made in china, my grandmother is chinese, so being racist is out of the question. It's a question of material quality and durability, and many products that are made from china are counterfeit taken from legitimate companies that spend money on research and development. When it comes to fishing, reels, especially saltwater reels, name brands, their design are water tight sealed designs and tough materials that are corrosive resistant to saltwater. That's what makes these reels more expensive compared to cheap reels that are made in china. But it will still be based on individual preference, my own personal opinion.
Hey all, thanks for watching. IF YOU SEE THIS COMMENT, then this giveaway is closed. Head over to my most recent video for my current giveaway!
It's 40 up in the Dakotas. That boingy little rod would be perfect for our Crappie days. Your sense of adventure and humor is just great.

Try AliExpress as there is far more choice and no minimum sale.

Can you give the name of products?
How would one know?
don't go too cheap. and check out reviews. Most lures are good. And some good reels and rods.
BUDEFO are good rods.
Dark wolf ultra 🤘
Ah man. I missed temu reels. Lol. I actually just bought one for $5 with $6 braid. It works good for now!

Temu got some good stuff, cheap enough to see what is hit or miss.
Many people would be happy with those. They work.
Thank You for your review of the products and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Nice. I use Sougayilang reels for most of my fishing. I have not had any problems with them. I fish for Salmon, panfish and Catfish.
Temu fishing line is great and A LOT cheaper
Thanks for the comparison, very useful for us fisho's on a budget.
Never heard of Temu. Great idea for a video!
Just ordered the good reel u referenced.. thanks for the user friendly review.. what size fishing line y'all using for the setup..?

Exactly just use diawa greased washers under the spool. Sings I have Shimano that are not as smooth
I've seen those collapsible handles going back into the early 1980's
“My wife’s gonna read a book” she was onto the fish straight up 😂😂
When I got into bass fishing my first baitcast reel was that exact brand had it for six Yeats and still going strong I've caught catfish on that thing same colors also black and gold
Nice review!!!!! I’ve been skeptical about ordering anything from that website also.
Love that ur wife is down to go fishing with you.
LETS GO TOGETHER BABE
Y’all should make a trip up to Boone, NC to do some trout fishing!
I use to catch door mat sized flounder alot back in the 1980's and big mangrove snapper
Do this for sea fishing gear to from temu or wish
This rod are for spinning or casting ?

I can deal with a cheap deal but I just can't deal with being outfished I've been there done that 😢😢😢
how would you compare these temu reels to something like entry level okuma reels? thanks! subbd!
Brass doesn’t rust dude
It does kind of oxidise over time tho, it goes a little darker, a little more on the green side, if you have really sweaty hands or greasy fingers and touch brass, they’ll corrode it slightly. But yeah it doesn’t just rust away like fkn mild steel shit does
@@bvileyxit oxidizes like aluminum. Stainless will rust if low quality
black don't crack
Thanks for a great channel and giveaway.
why do people buy from temu because same products cheaper on ali express
In my case, i am wiling to pay few bucks more for Temu knowing i will get the goods within some 10-15 days, compared to Ali's usual 1-3 months.
Faster shipping yeah
2 weeks MAX!
Plus Temu gives credit back to spend I spent 100 with Temu credit didn’t spend my own
Thanks for the info. I was wondering about temu setups
Fishing is fun and brings to mind an entertaining video, and the lady has good luck
My Shimano Ultegra has a cheap feeling drag cap too so that’s not the end of the world
It’s all a matter of preference but they all do the same thing. I use a lot of reels people say are poor quality and catch lots of fish with no problem with the reels. I enjoy showing up my buddies with the expensive equipment with the cheap stuff.😂😂😂😂
Temu has some good plastics.
Hey you can buy carbon sticks on temu to put in the joints of the rod that will give it a lot more stability.
Good idea!
It’s not the outside ok of a reel, it’s what the reel is made of. Ball bearings how many the gear drive quality, etc you get what you py for.
last reel handle that folds are junk. i had similar from temu. 2nd fish it broke at fold point. took handle off one of my better spares and good to go. rest of reel works fine
thanks for your review
Seems Temu may just be a cut above WISH. Nice review and some pretty good catches! 😉
Oh trust me temu is miles above wish
i mean youre sea fishing which is much different than freshwater fishing and those fishing rods are ment for fresh water fishing
May have to try some temu stuff, lol.
Least you guys hooked in to some stuff. And actually got a full test out of them
Are all three reels saltwater proof?
U mean are the sealed ? Salt prof probably not grease up And go all my early Penn reels weren’t sealed and Iam 64 and still have them I’ve retired them to drift catfish rigs brass drives washers grease and those reels been on more tuna than I can count sandbass halibut
Souyugaylang is a better build
??? How about fish more than 4iz.???
This was just an unboxing, not a test.
Id like to try them out on the west coast
I ordered a dk reel from Temu for 12$ I am ready to try it out with some 30 lb bread line
What kind of give aways are we talking about?
good videos, I've already subscribed, Greetings from the Pesca Katurra channel
Enjoyed the video.
Call her the flounder pounder! I’d use that little penn knock off for bait at least.
Time will tell if it holds up against the salt but it was by far the best of the three!
I think there is good and bad of all products. Temu makes everyone scared because of the cheap price. I've gotten good and bad products from temu and Amazon
Either way killer video just next time leave the professional behind !!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
there carp tackle is great Bro
"Hollow cheap aluminium" how does that work.
Love the videos bro
Hey! You're in Pensacola!
Yes sir. We try to fish multiple areas but Pensacola is home.
Looks like port of pensacola
On some stuff but not all
Entering knowing I can't win because you're giving away my lucky rod and I want to keep it
There are a few cool things on Temu my sister is addicted to buying her son toys.
U had a pretty good evening

Professional level gears don't cost just $18.62
Temu is ok
That blue reel is absolutely ugly but the rods seem okayish. The battle is always a winner so a knock off can’t be that bad surely
I like more respect for the fish !!!!!!
I have no problems
Nice video
Why keep thinking pen are best makers? Many are better that pan....
You married up my friend 😂😂😂😂😂❤❤
I know I thought he was sitting in his grandma’s house
