Hi. Interesting mod, but isn't it overkill when it's just a single TVS diode on the USB-connector-board that is corroded and leaking current? On mine it was around 750 Ohms where it should measure as infinite. Just replace the CG0402MLC-3.3LG diode just below the white LED and it's fixed for good. Cover the board in some conformal coating it you want it to be a little more rain proof in the future.
Ok I manage to fix my problem. I found out the solution by chance. I just unsoldered and the wires of the batteries. And then solder its and it was working after it. I think it’s like a hard reset somewhere in a ship.
Great video! Same issue for me. I have tried cleaning the switch, downgrading the FW, upgrading the FW and nothing has worked... I am comfortable doing all kinds of soldering and electronics work, and enjoy it a lot. So if you could share your touch circuits would be great :)
Hi! the boards will be available in the future. I'm designing something using them for another project. I'll post back on my page with a new video when they are ready, but it could be a couple months.
Hi bro good day🎉 I need your help my Bose qc 45 headphone Problem 1 while charging amber and white led blinking Problem 2 I was replaced new battery and updated latest new software firmware in the Bose website after that my headphone was working perfectly and next day my headphone was dead and it won’t power on and while charging again amber and white led blinking Please help me to resolve the issues

I never found the issue, so this was a fancy workaround. If replacing a TVS diode can fix it, that's certainly much better! thanks for the info :)
Thanks for this great video.
I got exactly the same issue and I would like to fix it.
I was wondering how it's possible to get this circuit ssfd?
