This watch looks wonderful. I have the T-Touch II and I am in love with it and at some point I would like to evolve to the Connected Solar, my only regret is that it must have a very large case, the size of my wrist is 15 cm.
I think the case size is subjective. I also have a 15cm wrist. To me It looks perfect. as have got used to the expert Solar, which is also quite a large watch. I won't wear small or "normal" watches now . Somewhow , they kind of don't feel/look right :D
Nice but there is a really important feature missing currently. We can't filter which apps we'd like to enable notifications to be sent to the watch. So in the end we get spammed by notifications especially if you have some apps with persistent notifications like Tesla app. Every other "cheap" smartwatch allow this so I hope this feature will be added soon. It's nearly a deal breaker.

Hey Tissot I love my new watch but 2 things to improve (if possible): the app should be let us choose which notification we want and it could be so cool if the second-hand moved just like an automatic watch (like in this video)! Is it possible ?

there's no way the movement of the second hand could be changed to mimic that of an automatic continuous movement, the movement is a physical aspect of the spring used internally to store energy and cannot be changed using software in this case
You guys need to revise the app ASAP. I bought one from a local Tissot dealer today and we couldnt get it to pair on 3 different phones(apple and android) We went as far as trying to connect three other Tissot Connects they had in stock and none would pair with the app. Another customer who had purchased one the day before came in and complained about the same issue. Huge dissapointment!
Does the watch need to be withon pairing range of the phone for all the functions to work..... or can it at least tell time without the need for the watch and phone to be paired?

Not Infinite Battery power for me ! mine is only 4 months old . already the battery has gone down 1 bar. I dont really use the connect feature much, so the bluetooth is alway off. and you would expect the battery to hold full charge at all times. I have placed the watch by the windows for a whole day, for a few days, but the solar cell does nothing to bring it to full charge. If I need to use the supplied wireless charger , then it is a down grade from earlier solar expert model. otherwise , a very beautiful watch, with great functions. if you want to carring the charger about while travelling abroad. most inconvenient :( And yes , I would expect the battery to drain more for someone who connects to the phone frequently, or constantly, and use of charger would be required often. Do you deliver from Switzerland at half the price? Those technicians certainly know how to value their costs. Great watch. Still, looking for a watch that provides for e-ticketing. Left my tablet (with e-tickets on) sitting in a train station once. We need this added convenience strapped to our wrist. God bless

I have just received mine and it is almost impossible to read in the dark, you have to unlock it and then scroll to Time 1 (if you have it set to show the date originally), Only the hour and minute hand are glowing slightly and not very bright.. Disappointed as the promo shots of this give the impression that more of the face is visible in the dark.

Hey Tissot, great product. But please make it in a smaller size. 47mm is just too big for an average person to wear. I'm sure a smaller more wearable size - 40mm will result in a more appealing product and more sales.
I think it needs to be big for the efficiency of the solar cell. Additionally, as another commenter stated, the display area would be too small. I know this to be true since I gave a Fredériqué Constant Vitality smartwatch. The watch is 40mm and the bottom quarter is a display, hidden by an opaque dial. When not using the smart capabilities, it looks like a normal watch. However, if you need reading glasses, as I do, you can’t read the display. It’s why I’ve ordered a Tissot Solar connect.
Does anyone know how to reset step counter? Mine stopped working twice already, first time was able to fix it by resetting watch to factory settings. Brand new watch, a month old and updated to latest firmware

Pairing issues when trying to connect watch with smartphone. In my case i had to do it about 10 times with Samsung Note 10+ and about 4 times with Samsung A71

After syncing the watch is always about a full second or so behind the phone's actual time. This lag really is not acceptable for a watch in this price range. Other bluetooth-synced watches (Casio, Apple etc.) are able to precisely sync.

Setting up is a complete nightmare, on trying to pair the watch to a smartphone it seems to list every other watch apart from the this one. Then it asks before I've even set it up to perform a factory reset. For the money, so far I'm not impressed, very, very poor instructions.

It was a major problem to pair to my 'Android' phone. ( see you tube for pairing errors) . Crashing, all the strange behaviour, you name it, I got it. Finally , got it connected with help of a youtube vid. ua-cam.com/video/GvVvnf5fSyo/v-deo.html It's a very long winded though. Once connected and firmware is automatically updated to 2.0.6/34 all is smooth. To disconnect, just switch off bluetooth at the watch only .. Just be sure not to deactivate or unpair, otherwise you have to start all over again with the original ( hard coded ) firmware 1.1.3/34. I think, to be fair, Tissot should do a recall, and replace all the movements with this firmware.

16,5cm in my case, I am also limited to 41-42mm size to make it look harmonic. Nice watch btw.

the 47MM watch is perfect - a 40MM watch will look terrible. and be impossible to read the data.
