If even you can effort the application will not work and once you send an email, call customer service they will never reply to you... I feel sorry to buy this watch, useless now without application.

I own this watch and I hate this watch. The app is stupid and the damn watch has the worst software than can be imagined. I'm sorry I bought this watch every single day.

@@TISSOT I truly appreciate your reply - this means a lot to me. I have bought 10 Tissot watches in the last 4 years, but my solar and my touch watches are my worst purchases. I have $49.00 Chinese digital that is far easier to operate than my Tissot watches. It is so frustrating that I paid so much for these watches and I am on UA-cam trying to find why they won't connect and how to set the basic function as time manually. I will contact Tissot if I truly have pulled out every hair on my head because I can't find a fix.
@@TISSOT I can't even sign into the app because it says "Invalid username or password" Yet, I can sign it onto my account page at Tissot Canada. Frustrating!
@@TISSOT So I had to make a new account once again. Now it will not let me go any further until I enable my location. I push NOT NOW and now I can't go any further. I DECIDE IF I HAVE MY LOCATION SERVICES ON -- NOT TISSOT!

La peor compre de mi vida. Más de 1.000€ en un reloj, muy bonito, pero nada más. La APP, es una porquería, algunos mensajes entran, otros no, y de algunas APP´s, no de todas, de repente se desconecta, y así, 6 meses estuve luchando con ello, el servicio técnico de España lo único que sabe decir, con buenas palabras, es que no sabes usar el reloj. Dinero a la basura, no compro otro Tissot en mi vida.

Mine wont turn on even after 5 seconds and more
