I discovered pillow slides back in the springtime when I had Achilles Tendinitis in both feet and could not bear anything rubbing the back of my heels. I now have them in black, pink, yellow, orange, blue and lime green. They are all I've worn all summer. Well, I meant on my feet, I do wear clothes with them 😜. I LOVE them. Truly feels like you're walking on a pillow. Just don't wear them to the beach or leave in the sun because they will shrink!!!

I am watching this podcast in sections while on vacation in Maine on our way to Canada for a bike ride. Every time i have a bit of time to knit, i watch some more. It is just as good broken up into segments. Love you girls.

One comment on the ‘nasty’ remarks…I get so frustrated with the negative social media posts. There is a huge difference between a difference of opinion and a nasty, vitriolic, negative, blast a person out of the water response. What has happened to kindness?
You girls do so much to make our fiber world and global friendships full of warmth, inclusiveness, joy, blessings, and happiness…thank you. Ignore the negatives and continue to be yourselves. My world is a better place for knowing you. 💛

Jodi, can I recommend a tens machine for your arthritis. You can buy gloves for tens machines and they massage your hands. I have gloves, socks and pads. It's quite a sight when I'm fully wired up 🤣🤣🤣 but it does really help. ❤

I have had psoriatic arthritis for around 5 years. The methotrexate was fine, but once I started on Humira my psoriasis went away and my joints felt better. Seeing a rheumatologist is so important and getting on a good regimen.
If I break glass on carpet, I use a lint roller to go over the area to get all the small shards.
I realized one day a few years back that people never make it a point to tell others and to tell businesses and business owners the good things, like anti-complaints. So it became my mission to do that. Now if I get terrible treatment I will also complain.. I'm not a saint lol , but I always leave a good review when something is good. And I always go out if my way to tell people that I cross paths that kind thing that I think of them. People never share the kind things. It is doing no good as a thought in my head, I want the person to know that I really appreciate their skills or their strength or their ideas or their services... What ever it may be that they do well that makes me think or feel something kind or sweet about them. I know that is really hard to follow but I am struggling over here to explain this concept 😂.
I make a point to do the same thing
Missed you two last week
I went on vacation and took an only for me project , My son's puppy found it when we went out for dinner and destroyed it and chewed up one of the needles. Thank goodness I have more yarn and was able to order a new needle I can make another one. I love watching you girls . You make my week.
The bees 🐝 with Jodi just crack me up. She makes the funniest faces and then just carry’s on. Lol. And I love how Tracie emphasizes J-O-D-I’s name all the time. It’s so funny😂
So EMERGENCY 🚨 SURGERY tonight! My appendix burst. They had to put in a drain tube for the rest of the yuck 🤢 to get out. Beyond glad that you guys did a nice long podcast to keep me company 👌🏻🥴 thank you ladies. I started to watch live this morning but I was in to much pain and had to get my butt to the hospital 😅

It's 29/30 Celsius here on Ontario, we not air conditioning people but my air have been on this past week!
So missed you guys. I was in Kelowna taking my granddaughter to Little Ninja Camp while you were at Kalamalka Lake (isn’t it the most gorgeous colour of blue?). Since my local yarn shop in Kamloops closed during COVID, I plan to frequent Art of Yarn when I visit my daughter in Kelowna. Win, win! Now I am off to Old Navy to look for Jodi’s sweater! Lol!

We have had the worst summer in The Netherlands, so cold and so much rain that I have mushrooms growing between my toes🤣 I need sun and warmth before we enter fall…..but with COVID still going on I hope we can go on vacation next year. 🌴 🏝 Keep your nasty to yourself! For the thumb, I did a crochet pull through to knot the short pieces, then used the tiny crochet hook to weave it in…
I ve just had double pneumonia and it’s left me with awful sore shoulders and knees I can’t get in bath so have to shower so I sympathise jodie

I’m having so much fun knitting Ship Shape, Heidi! It’s a design I can see so many ways to colour block and knit over and over again. Love it! And Jodi…🙈🙊🤪🤣.

Before trying hormone replacement, you might want to investigate NAET performed by an acupuncturist. The process clears blockages. I am only half through the process and my internal thermostat is resetting. It is amazing, but you have to do your part. Your part is only for 24-hours after each treatment which is nothing especially for the benefits.
