Truly heart felt. As an introvert who wants to find my purpose in this world using my passion, this is what I needed to hear. Thank you so much.

"There was more of me when I was connected to you" is such a sweet line and I think really resonates with me. As of late I've been wanting for a stronger sense of community and organizing events to bring people together. I hope to see a soon transition in us towards more service projects, especially because we have so many dedicated nonprofits around us and matters like homelessness are only getting worse. It inspires me to hear people talk about their want for community, because the next step is showing up, and after that comes change. The people yearn for the village!

This is a great statement about the importance of community and a strong "call to action" for us all. Love this.

So glad I found this! Praying for how to create a small community in this big old world we get lost in. I think I found my purpose if I can just have her courage to start.

I had the idea of having a social connection between a lot of people (which is the hardest grind) and we create a fund raiser to buy out land to use as grounds for our community.
Since we are using fund raiser money, it counts as charity funds which will not be taxed. That’s means, our money is our money.
Of course anyone that pays on their end will be listed down as a member of the community for as much as the current capacity can contain (also a grind when you have to go through and count all initial hundreds of members)
We form our own ideologies and thrive on our own terms. Imagine a mini version of a state within a state.
That’s pretty much what it would form.
We already successfully did this in Ohio successfully having nearly full influence on what goes on in the state. Now we are beginning to work in Colorado, and Maine for expansions.
And adverse benefit with all this influence is that we can ensure that our governors in respected states don’t over step on our rights. Kinda important now with the current ordeal going down in Texas, acting as a fine example.
Those 25 states united in support nearly over night for a reason

I agree that it is important to build community. The stumbling block for me is, how do we get there from here? If someone wrote a book: these are lessons we can learn from "tribal structures" , this is how to get to know people, this is how to screen out narcissists and abusers, this is how to set up self-reinforcing conflict resolutions etc. I am socially awkward and need a detailed framework of how-to.

Isolated from nature you will never hear the harmony of the Earth..
Alone you will never hear the harmony of the tribe.
The only disharmony comes from selfish intentions.
All of the selfishness of all of the people and all of the light from the selfish people create a blind cacophony of selfishness.
    Together the tribe is music.
And that music is the people Earth together.
