Can I ask do you do this while each layer of paint is wet?
No, let some layers dry, or else they’ll blend in together and can sometimes just disappear. For example if you’re adding light blue on top of dark blue that is wet, the light blue will blend into the dark colour.

Which brand are those paints?
@@aishwaryamathew8805 I don’t know what brand the artist used, but I bought the Amsterdam series. Other brands are available too. Because of how it spreads in the video, it’s most likely pre mixed with airbrush thinner or another medium before applied to canvas. Edit: I think he uses Liquitex.

How do you guys seal your paintings? I use airsole Mod Podge. Just curious 🤔
That white shirt would be like a Picasso if I wore it lol
I don't know if you have tried it, but instead if a spatula you can use a stretched fishing line to spread the colour, works for aquarell too,if you glue the paper to something flat.

I can't believe you are doing that with a white sleeve almost hanging in the paint! If that was me the shirt would be ruined!!! But what a gorgeous painting. That blue in the beginning is vibrant! Would like to know which paint it is.
This is exactly what my grandson wants me to paint. I do pour painting, not very good. No artistic talent at all. But have to try this for him

did u let the first layer (phthalo blue, blue violet, lamp black) dry completely first before adding on the ultramarine blue afterwards?
Yes it was dried, but you can do it when its not dried, and it will blend nicely too. However, if you have a thick layer of the background and then you try to add the light blues, it wont work since there is too much dark colors and will eat up the light ones 😆.

I wanted to know, do you wet the sponge before using it? Do you change it for each color?
Thank you! :) The sponge isn't wet, however i do change it for different colors, it's ideal to have several little pieces with you.
