  • What I eat in a day on Weight Watchers

    Smash burger Tacos
    1 lb 96% lean ground beef
    8 carb sense tortillas
    Seasoning of choice
    Toppings: special sauce, shredded lettuce, pickles, red onion and tomatoes
    Press 1/8lb lb beef into each tortilla ans season cook, meat down for 2-3 minutes. flip and cook 2 additional minutes or until meat is cooked through. Add cheese.

    Special Sauce: makes about 7 servings
    1/2 cup light Mayo
    2 tsp mustard
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    1 tsp vinegar
    1 tsp sugar
    2 tosp ketchup
    2 tbsp pickles, chopped
    1 tbsp red onion, chopped
    Combine together and store in airtight container
    And store in fridge

    4 grams sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
    8 grams reddiwhip

    I'm a rather new subscriber and I'm already hooked on your channel! Got so excited to see a new video! You've given me so many ideas to implement with my health journey and it's so realistic. I get super annoyed with people who are using like 10 specialty supplements and products that you have to order and pay a fortune for. I'm ok with some of that but I can't relate to that as a realistic way of eating that is sustainable. Love your content!

      Love this! We are busy and need something quick and simple that doesn’t cost a ton that gets us to our goals. Is that too much to ask?! lol

      @@amsinprogress I def don't think it's too much to ask 😉. I'm even cutting costs by using the Healthi app to do WW. I've had the app for years and am just so used to it and I'm a creature of habit. I'm actually doing the old WW purple plan to see how I like it.

    I JUST FOUND the “quick add” button! Thank you for mentioning that, it made me look thru the app more carefully to find it.
    I hate calculating how many points my meal is then slogging thru logging everything, especially if I’ve tweaked a recipe with substituted ingredients. THANKS!

    Thank you for your channel. I have learned so much from you, like weighing in grams. In the past I've done WW in-person meetings. I'm now using the WW app. Because I'm not at meetings, I miss out on all the "tricks of the trade". Thanks.

    Great video, great ideas. That hamburger/tortilla meal, yum! I like that you weigh everything, I do too. Some WW’ers on you tube just say, “I’m calling it 3 points.” and weighed nothing. That bugs me. lol Subscribed, looking forward to the next one! 😀👍

    I have that popcorn popper in purple works great. I also tried your fries in the air fryer so good, seasoned with my staples, onion powder, garlic powder, a little seasoned salt and a little grated parm cheese soo good. Thanks

    Question on the steps and points earned for them, do you normally use those earned points from exercise or do you just use your normal weeklies only?

      I normally earn 3-5 points a day. I use all my weeklies and I let my hunger decide if I use my activity points. I normally use at least half of them. It’s not uncommon for me to only have 5-6 points left at the end of the week. I’d rather loose slower than be hungry and miserable. 😖

      That’s good to know. In my old town my HEB didn’t sell the cheesecake flavor. I’ll have to look at my new store. It will save me a trip to Walmart!

    I noticed that you walk 8000 plus steps. is that for a week? My feet hurt already! lol

      lol. That is a day. I try to get 8-10k a day. When I work I can get up to 20k just because I’m on my feet all day. When you first start out you need to add them slowly. There are a lot of health benefits to walking and studies have shown that you need to walk at least 7.5k to get those health benefits. Which is why I picked 8k. A few extra just in case 😆
