New to your channel these are great ideals. I’m looking forward to checking out more of your videos 😊
Awesome! Welcome 🤗
@@amsinprogress thank you. I just watched your video on macros ( best I’ve seen on explaining them & figuring them out )and worked the formula and I’ve definitely been under eating. Going to focus on more protein. Thanks once again.
Thank you for sharing your great videos 😊
Thanks for watching. 😊
new to your channel. new subscriber. love your videos.
Thanks so much! Welcome 🙏🏻
Another good option for broken tostadas....nachos! I like to break up 3 and top with all my fixings. One of my fave, easy 5 min meals. Sometimes I use nacho cheese dip as a base on top of the tostadas. Other times, I use a buffalo almond dip that's really good, break them up, and easy peasy...just another idea for your broken tostadas. 😊
Yum! What is the Buffalo dip your talking about? It sounds amazing
@@amsinprogress It's from the brand Bitchin Sauce. I love the Buffalo (it's perfect for so much) and my husband loves the Hot that kicks the heat up a notch. We both LOVE the Apple Pie Sauce with graham crackers or on toast. 😊
@@mrsalreadyme I’ve only Ever seen the original bitchin sauce so I’m going to have to look for those
I’m new to your channel and this new WW program (been on the other programs off and on for years 😊). Why is corn not a zero point food for you, why did you add a point for the broccoli used in the bowl recipe, what did you mean by getting back a point. Thank you for your information. I am looking forward to the ww app usage tutorial. So far I have been using my app on a hit and miss (very frustrating) basis 😂.
This was for the program when it was Personal Points. Now the program has changed and it’s just called Points I think. Now everyone gets the same zero point foods and you don’t get points back for eating veggies. It’s an older video for the old plan basically. Lol
How do you get 2 points back for the Taco Bell bowl? Does ice berg lettuce earn back points?
Yes, it’s for the lettuce
👍👍👍
👏🏻🙌🏻🥳
What do you recommend if I don't eat meat...........beans
Beans are great. Tofu, edamame, peas, vegan protein shakes. If you eat cheese, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and eggs, those are higher in protein as well.
Best way to heat up any taco shell. Tostada, hard or soft. Take a clean dish towel fold in half long ways. Place shell on towel. Cover with other half of towel. 20-25 sec in microwave. Been doing this for years. They come out perfect.
Nice! 😊
think Bento. thats what this is. it allows you to see the total volume of food you're about to consume allowing you to adjust your portions. be careful with sugars, sodium and carbs when using prepackaged foods. soups are a good option as a snack. i like my soup with texture too and use seasoned stuffing cubes or salad croutons. hot food makes you feel fuller..just saying. if you do bento, all food is cooked before you pack it so you can cook your own food for better health. all you have to do is let it thaw which will happen over the course of 4 hours even when you put it in lunch box cooler bag with an ice pack of some kind. i suggest a small container filled with water or whatever you're drinking thats not carbonated and thats been frozen. that ice melts and provides a beverage with your meal. this method means you dont need a microwave because your food is already cooked and simply needs to thaw over the morning hrs in your cooler bag. also note sauces kinda water out as they rests and can be stored in their own containers to be added later. look up Bento boxes and Bento recipies for a lot of ideas. if you're comitting to this kind eating it pays to buy the appropriate Bento containers.
Great tips! I don’t eat a lot of prepackaged foods or need to plan my lunches so carefully since I stay home. This was a video for my subscribers who work and don’t have time to cook all their meals. Those are great suggestions. I’ll have to try those croutons in my soup.
