For the curious, this seems to be as such. The Changer of Ways has many paths for Tylus.
1: Tylus, a man who joined the Guard to escape potential arrest, who returns a hero, but hollow and changed by his harrowing experiences, who will try to smile when the medals are pinned on his uniform, and try to connect with his brother, knowing all his friends died amongst the stars.
2: Tylus who never left, who was caught, and selected at random for servitor conversion
3: Tylus who was drafted into the guard, abused, and finally forced to commit an act so cruel it broke him, who read a Book, and so found Power, eventually joining the ranks of the Word Bearers. (Chaos Astartes can use warp-magics to elevate adult cultists to astartes)
In all of them, he returns to his homeworld.
The final message is that there is one future, but many, many fates.

All three are true. All three are lies. First a soldier, then he read the contraband book, then he was turned into a servitor for it, then he was reached by T'zeentch. Or maybe he wasn't. I don't know.

It's Tzeentch, so I am guessing these are three possible futures for Tylus, all of them are true, all of them are lies.

Nurgle is the healer/priest but his way of healing is a bit...diffrent at very best
Emperor is the fanatic human fighter who's so pro the other player gang him, but then because he have other work irl he can only play a bit by bit, and the rest is by bot and corrected by DM so it won't over so soon as boring mess

So from what I could gather from this, Tylus is: A guardsman, a servitor, a malfunctioning servitor, a traitor guardsman in service to Tzeentch, a Word Bearer space marine, and a daemon of Tzeentch... Yeah, this is pretty much the mind bending brand of merry madness I've come to expect from all Tzeentch related stories.
That little "Innocent." in the second servitor-interlude is so heartbreaking.
Change is Power, Change is Absolute, Change is Ambition & Change is Nothing.
Change is... inevitable.

Deception of chaos . My friend the emperor himself banned all religion , if it wouldn't be for chaos hunger , poverty , war , discrimination would not be concepts in the 41st millennium. The emperor would have ascended humanity forward towards the golden path . THE TRUTH IS CHAos is the reason for all suffering, for it is a by product of all suffering. Since the birth of first life forms . Changer of ways its just a concept fate is just a concept all are just concepts made manifest in a different dimension. The truth is all chaos is chaos both good and bad . The God emperor is manifestation of humanity . I don't like the emperor a tyrant , a slaver an opressor but it's better to follow a tyrant of your own species one who's tyranny maybe end to all suffering then to follow philosophical and metaphysical concepts who degenerate you and when you have degenerated u can't just realize how low you have fallen at least I will feel guilt , sorrow ,love and hate by my own accord under the tyrant
He is but his "truth" is another deception created by beings beyond our understanding who use such people to further their gains

It's natural to think of a soldier falling to Khorne, stacking skulls in his name but a soldier with ambition has the potential to rise up the ranks. Ambition is at the heart of many changes

People can change for all sorts of reasons, good or bad.
You could also want change for something new or different.
Things are always changing its in our DNA our evolution.
When you realise that, you being to understand Tzeentch's tendriils run deeper than any Hive Swarm.

The change was so hard that it went from what I expected to be a Thousand Sons episode to a Word Bearers story.
You get this setting so well with how empathetic you write things.

I feel like tzeentch made subtle changes to the timeline every time the story restarted until he turned a hero of the imperium into a tyrant

I have not seen someone whom captured mustiple aspects of the 40k universe in such a way, at least not in is dredgefull despairing reality.

The fact that Khorne & Nurgle teamed up & shattered him yet he's this powerful and considered their equal yet not his full self or full power is scary.
The only reason he let them shatter him is so that the great game doesn't end and it makes sense, how can there be change if the game board doesn't move.
Only reason those two needed to team up was because of the era they lived in.
Chaos gods leech power from the emotions and events of real space. The shattering happened during the dark age of technology when there was little to no bloodshed and all diseases were eliminated.
It's not that tzeench was too powerful its that the remaining chaos gods were too weakened by the time they were in

I am not so sure how favoree by Tzeench is someone who preaches that there is One Truth.
It may only be anecdotal but I always felt that those who seek freedom from fate's chain are the ones who Tzeench favors the most.
I am honestly surprised that fleet is not mostly chaos spawns.

Wow I like how everyone has there own interpretations of this story.
I felt he became a guardsmen latter tainted by chaos and loosing his life or was gravely injured the Mechanicus turned him into a servitor.
later the Word bearers finding this tainted servitor in a cargo hold they used it to find the home world of Tylus.
Traveling through the warp the taint of chaos twisted what little flesh that clung to Tylus showing the word bearers his potential as a tool they went to work on there new servitor creating a demon engine to unleash upon arrival.
Damn. Your video's capture the grim dark so well. Chilling and terrifying. Beautiful work.

After that "we dont need eyes to see" i realized that small details like this show how scary chaos truly is, because if we only look at khorne berserkers screaming "blood for the blood god" from the top of their lungs then they get absolutely decimated by loyalists, its easy to forget how Mortals view these horrors.

It is a tale of 2 brothers. In their youth both escaped answering for their crime by avoiding the arbitrator, unfortunately one was cought later and turned into an servitor. The other brother (the one who became a guardsman), was kidnapped after his return to Callebos by an arbitrator. After his indoctrination and being forced kill innocents, he questions "The truth" of the Imperium. Eventually that guardsman became a Word bearer.

@@onutrof1157 Well yeah, the guardsman/word bearer is/was named Tylus. Why wouldn't the servitor remember (briefly) his brother's name? In the end this is just an iterpretation because I also consider that what we saw was 3 different timelines.
Id be fascinated to know how many guys you have involved in making this. You guys are truly talented. Youve created a story equal parts hopeful, horrible and frightening.
