The lower trim level work trucks with different upfits like these are the ones I am most interested and excited about because those are the ones that most people, including myself will be driving and spending 10-12+ hours in every day as part of our line of work.

I was just looking at a 750 single axle lumber truck with a knuckle boom behind the cab, it was very capable looking.

@7:30 lol I'd of asked and how do we just tear that whole system out? These companies need to realize 20 years down the line all this fancy mumbo jumbo will be broken and useless. We need basic bare bone commercial fleet trucks, 80% of the guys driving them beat the crap out of them because they dont own them. Especially commercial but staying under 26K i'd rather have crank windows if it meant I can carry more payload.

In years when there is a heavy snow year, the plow guys buy trucks and plows. Next year when it doesn't snow very much, the trucks have for sale signs.
Not really, most plowing is done by landscaping companies in the winter. Since yards are covered in snow and they don’t get any business, they switch to plowing roads instead. The economy largely determines when a small business buys vehicles
Is there any kind of “Extended Cab” Version available on any level? Or only the Chassis Cab (Single Door) or a Crew Cab only?
Yes you can get both super crew and extended cab on them
You can order the truck the way you want it built. If all you want is an extended cab? You can order it.
Probably a stretch but would personally love to see a comparison between the ford chassis cab and the Chevy chassis cab. The Chevys look more like a f650 or 750 but seem to not be as capable as any of the fords I’m curious as to why, and maybe the pros and cons for both brands. Love the review on the commercial side of the truck market not a ton of information on these trucks.
By my count to date this is the 20th video you’ve done about the 23 Ford Super Duty truck. By Contrast you’ve done 7 about the 24 GM HD trucks. Now in fairness a LOT of these have come from the Ford media event. Did GM not do something similar?
Ford is superior in this space. Hopefully they extended the leads for the outfitter switches. Still better than GM where you have to install as a dealer option.
Do these new trucks have drive by wire steering ?
Do you know the width on those chassis?
Anyone who buys a new truck right now is out of their mind! They are being ripped off big time by the dealerships and undoubtedly going to be way under water when we finally get the big market correction that’s coming. Dealerships are used to the big profits they were making when we were in the middle of Covid but people are still paying excessive costs for new vehicles. It’s going to come back to bite them and it’s not going to be pretty. 120k for a truck it’s laughable!!! Stop being stupid people!
Rich people don’t care, they’ll get a new one in a few years. Not like most of us who like to keep their trucks for 10-20 years.
My MSRP is 118000 after tax for my F450 Limited. This is acceptable for me. It's going to be used for personal use and hotshot. Technology inside of it helps me feel safer and more comfortable.
