Klaviyo doesn't seem to carry these templates anymore. Do you happen to have the html exports somewhere to share with us?

I am trying this but I am receiving “ body html liquid syntax error: Unknown tag “endif”

I tried this and got Error retrieving email preview on shopify! What's the solution?

hmm. i've not run into that one before. are you sure you're using a shopify-specific template in klaviyo? when i google this error, the common culprit was klaviyo's template including an unsubscribe link that shopify didn't know what to do with. hope that gets you unstuck.

Did you upload/create those templates yourself? Klaviyo does not have any templates for Shopify notifications. You have to create them.. This was kind of misleading.
