I started to main linux but i didnt want to spend hours messing with it to get it to look good and when i stumbled across this video i was instantly in love with the look of it

I think this is the most influential factor here.
when I record, it's really laggy.
and currently, I'm using wf-recorder as an alternative solution.
But I'd also like to know how to record better with OBS, haha.

@@PonnBOuO Video Bitrate is 40000Kbps, keyframe interval 252 and output is 1920 x 1080, And also use 60 hz for recording

I would swap to linux if you could actually reasonablly play games on it, and if any of the programs im used to using were functional on it
Some games are playable on linux but some are not.. But u can have a dual boot for windows for playing games.
@@xakakonarch I could never get dual booting to work, something with the TPM or secureboot, Idk, it just wouldnt load
@@mrhappytroll honestly, if you are not tech savvy to get past that you should probably not run linux. Linux's issues are far and wide worse than that.
@@Neutrovertido I couldnt find anything about it online, tried disabling everything, this was on my windows 11 laptop. I was able to run a live enviornment off of a USB, but whenever I tried to install it (because I had nothing on that laptop) it wouldnt work
I had an older laptop before that, that I was using linux on because it had a dual core processor despite being a new PC (should be illegal)
Just switched from Windows 11 to Linux Nobara, NVIDIA graphics, haven’t had a single issue with running any of my games and all of them run 10x better. Check out Nobara for a distro, has a lot of gaming needs preinstalled
