At the risk of repeating the first poster's comments, I recommend that everyone buys this kit as well as other ICM kits because they are made in Ukraine. This Admiral is an Opel, a GM subsidiary, used a (GM) 6-cylinder engine. Japan's equivalent luxury car at the same time was the Toyoda AA (sedan) and AB (cabriolet) - a kit model made by Japan's Tamiya. Toyoda used their own 6-cylinder castings but bought all other internal and external parts from another GM subsidiary - Chevrolet. Both Admiral and Toyoda being commandeered for officers in their respective militaries. You might consider a review of Tamiya's Toyoda AA or AB kits.
