Can you do a video about shaft lean at impact? Padraig did a great video recently - totally on board with everything he said. It's hard for me to sequence it in a way so that I have more shaft lean + release it correctly.

What I appreciate about George’s teaching is that he understands matchups. Too much instruction out there that is rigid and systematic. Yes there are some absolutes. But hall of fame golfers do different things but match them up properly. It takes a good coach to understand those matchups👍

Ok I’ve been teaching for 20 years played professionally for 10 years at mini tour level and four spotters. I have implemented in my own swing the rounded spine and brought my butt in and wow what a difference. It was the teachings of the 90’s + to stick your butt out chin up. I have always struggled with that to a certain degree.

I swear setup is 99% of your golf swing, because on rare occasions I'll be set up just perfectly and I'll look at the ball and I'll be able to see and feel the fact that I'm going to hit an absolutely perfect swing and follow through etc. I would love to take a lesson from you you seem like the best tips I've ever heard

I say this all the time. When i feel set up correctly i dont even think about the swing. It just feels natural. Creating set up consistency with all clubs and shot types is the hard part!

This video is amazing in how comprehensive it is; especially for its short length. I'm trying to make a Gankster out of my beginner friend, but he finds GG confusing and too technical. I've urged him to watch this video over and over again to absorb it bit by bit over time.

Would like to know your thoughts on wrist extension at the top of the back swing. The only way I can achieve wrist flexion is if I deviate to a much weaker grip with my lead hand. I'm sure it's because of issues with my wrist mobility.

Your golf swing determines your setup. A one or a two plane swing have different set-ups. The same goes for stack and tilt and your physical condition. So if you prescribe one golf setup you are not a good instructor!
