Ian's random bombing found the card so hidden the book doesn't even list it! I only learned about this one when I double-checked a list of all the cards online, this is my first time seeing it discovered in an lp.
Yeah, no, Tunic's language is SUPER-cool, but it takes a certain type of mind to actually enjoy the thought process of figuring it out.
Waiting one more part for the Golden Path is fine for me. Builds up the anticipation!
I only found the bone card once I started playing randomizer which actually has a percentage counter for the chests. My friend let me know once I decided to 100% my first seed that there was a bomb point in atoll I'd missed, which is par for the course because I hardly used bombs lol

About the fairies, yup, getting all twenty of them was just an Achievement. Getting ten gave you a page though, remember.
Fun easter egg for you from a list of facts that you already know:
1. You can light yourself on fire
2. A page in the manual gives you the code to give yourself one bomb of that type
3. That same page is collected in that wierd save file you visited last episode.

I like the sequence assist, and will try it my next play through. I was able to input them with mostly no issues without it.

Day 8 of reminding everyone Ian drank Casey’s chocolate milk. We need a chocolate milk replacement episode immediately.
There's a shortcut in upper Ziggurat which you guys managed to never activate that uses exactly the same mechanism as those weird platforms in the top left of the spider cave. I think those are the only two places in the game the mechanic is used.

Oh you guys are gonna have a great time with the randomizer... if you still don't know how praying works before starting it then the documentation will probably alert you to the fact that you were wrong about it, and also you'll begin to realize the ridiculous number of chests you missed the first time(s) through. Might actually be good to put some time into hunting around for more of the coins, since that's a good six chests you never found that could contain Laurels in rando. I thought I was fairly thorough and I was missing like four or five, including the bone card you guys found in this episode.
Edit: I just remembered the meaningless joke chest with one single money coin in it which you have to translate the language in order to find, which is also absolutely a randomizer check lmao

In case you noticed ... you've been finding golden collectibles by following clues jotted into the manual with pen. (Yes, this is a pattern.) One of the last golden collectibles is in the Monastery, but to get it you'll need to discover some secret passages which you open by ... well, just being two idiots mashing buttons?

Hey, you should come back to Pizza Tower to play multiplayer together! (yes it's not a mod, it's in the Noise update) To find it you have to enter the red window that puts you outside the tower and right under the boss fight. You will see smoke coming up from the left side and you have to jump down into the moke (it doesn't work on the other side).

1:39 ...its not hard at all to do the sequences .. all you need is a notebook and a pen. People who gave up just let their insecurities or lazyness stop them from playing a great game.
Quite the generalization.
I finished the game without it and I am not unreasonably mad at the people who need/prefer input assist.
@@Tudsamfa i mean i would be more understanding if they where talking about the combat difficulty or some of the puzzles .. but input the sequence aint that hard .. most the time sequence is right there in the puzzle .
Imagine you input the entire golden path and the door doesnt open. Imagine you spend hours trying to figure out where you went wrong. People give up at this point because there is no feedback as to what went wrong and nothing they can think of is working. Now imagine a few days later you figure out where you went wrong: your d pad is a little worn out and didnt register some inputs. You already figured it out, but you were sent on a wild goose chase and led to believe the puzzle was too hard for you, all because of hardware issues. THIS is what the accessibility option is most useful for, not insecurity or laziness but just eliminating the possibility of faulty hardware getting in the way.
