    I am sharing you my version on "How to Cook Laing Recipe | Laing with pork and shrimps". We love this version, hope you'll love it too. Bon appetit. All ingredients are optional, modify as per your liking. Take everything in moderation. "Health is Wealth".
    How to Cook Laing Recipe | Laing with pork and shrimps
    Ingredients:
    75 grams - 1 pack Dried taro leaves
    350 grams - Prawns
    350 grams - Pork Belly
    2 big cans - Coconut milk
    1 big can - Evap milk
    1 head/bulb - Garlic
    2/3 cup - Ginger
    3 tbsp - Spicy Chilli
    1/4 cup - Fish Sauce (Bagoong)
    1 cup - dried sm. shrimps
    1 tsp - Chicken powder
    1 tsp - Salt
    Cooking time approx. an hour or so, till taro leaves get soft enough. Note that its better to let it set an hour or 2 after cooking. Just heat it up again before serving for better taste.
    Serving 6 to 8 people

    Greeting from new York. salamat po. i learn new ti[p. every chef I learn. your good point is to add the cook shrimp last to avoid over cookig shrimp. I think it is very important.

    Ms PSK regarding the fresh green Chile, is this the long ones that SeafoodCity have? Are they spicy? They are packed in plastic pkg.. new cook here, trying to learn hopefully…😅😅

    Do you mind me asking what is your country base as you said the taro leaves came from the Philippines and you mentioned you bought it from an Asian store.
    I loved laing.
    One time I bought a cooked laing from a Filipino resto (?) wow when I started eating at home - ang sagwa- parang nilaga lamang sa gata.
    I recooked it and put some vinegar and
    And boiled.
    Ang iba trying hard lamang..
